Korklui is a corn based porridge where the dough is sieved into small rounded pebbles. The porridge is prevalent in the Ewe tribe of Ghana and it's challenging to recreate to say the least.
It's interesting to know the Ewe tribe also have a silky smooth porridge and at the same time a gritty one.

Stephen Annor. This is not tribalism it is just a means of being proud of her originated roots. I agree with u that all tribes prepare porridges but Korkuli is the best ever. Thanks for the tuition ..

It is giving credit to the origins of the recipe. It is not tribalism to give credit to the origins of anything in human life. Kente is Ghanaian(Ashanti and Ewe) it is not nationalism to give credit to the origins of Kente whether Ashanti or Ewe.

Ngarubiram Fall most Ewes I know make their own. It's considered sacrilege to buy amo from the store. LoL jk
But you can get it from most African stores. You can check out her video on amokple for how to make your own if you're not lucky to find the fermented corn dough. ✌🏿

Omg this is where Jamaicans get porridge from. Wow. Lol. We eat all, kinds of porridge and cornmeal is popular. We eat plantain, green banana, peanut porridge. And I wondered where did they get this from. Fyi i already knew my ancestors were were also Ewes. At least one of the many. 👏
