What really makes these standout is the extra cushioning that wrap around the foot. It is a real game changer and always makes feel secure in the shoes. Though Dexter makes great shoes along with other companies, the inside of the shoe is something that I do not see those companies talk about. This is why these Racers I believe are going to be around for a good amount of years along with minor changes as time goes by. A+ shoe in my book and I have never felt better!
It would be nice to be able yo replace the step off sole because as a two hander, I will drag my trailing sole, and often wear a slanted line and will tear the sole off
@@donrumgay5200 I'm pretty sure they're referring to it as i am, the sole will wear, and will fall off, I have had two pairs I've had to replace due to excessive wear, and I know a friend of mine who has duct tape holding the sole on. So it would be nice to have at least a replacement sole so we don't pay $100 for one shoe that is in good condition
Curious if anyone has tried a different heel for the right foot other than the H3? I'm looking for maximum slide & don't need too much braking on my non-sliding (right foot) shoe.
I'd be interested but you guys don't offer larger sizes. The Dexter SST8 PRO is the only premium shoe I can find in size 16. These shoes look great, I'd love to try them if you offered bigger sizes.
Just bought these and had to return them, the overall esthetic is great, the smell of the leather etc. With that being said, the price point shouldn’t be $230, especially with what the shoe comes with out of the box. Inside the box you’ll get a S10 with a H3 heel already installed and inside the box there’s a H18 and H15 heel. That’s it. There is no toe drag cap and the light padding it has will eventually peel off with time. I did like the fact you can swap out the push off heel. I did exchange them for the 3G tour, I guess because I have a few extra sole pads I can cut out but, for $230 there’s way better options.
I noticed in this video that the slide shoe is "not' indented or sunken in on the bottom where the velcro is. I purchased a pair and mine are indented or sunken in on the velcro, which you can feel on the pad of my foot. I have spoken with tech and was told this was done on purpose..?? To me it looks like the bottoms are screwed up especially if you can feel it.?Anybody who has a pair of new racers, are yours as I described..??
I'm left-handed, and I got these shoes. They are awesome , don't hesitate to buy them 😉 Just make sure you ask for the left-hand bowler shoes. They are the exact same as the right-hand ones.
Just saw the cost on these and my first impression was that these are $40.00 more than the Belmo Tour Shoes (Basically Tour Ultras) which is a huge increase. Of course the staff guys are going to promote these as the best shoes they have ever put on to try and push them which they should. But in a bad economy $40.00 is a lot to swallow and will wait until closer to Christmas to see how well these are selling at a $230.00 price point.

The push off sole should also be interchangeable. Also, curious to a see if the sole and heel designs make it over to the 3G Tours.

This is my second purchase on a high-performance shoe. It's very pricy to get it plus shipping to Australia. I look forward to putting these on.

There are made to be True Size fit. The ones of us that have tried them so far, they fit our True Size.
