I like Packie McReary's Story "Even though i didn't play Gtav 4" He gave us some details about some characters that were part of the heist Derrick,Michael,Niko, Etc.
Him and Niko Bellic (gta4 protagonist) were friends
Niko lived but Packie left Liberty city and lost contact with him

Daryl dies if you bring him in the heist proves that his thought that he knew better take the overly confident criminals always die or get caught just like real life
When norm died on Paleto he has interesting dialogue
I imagine that if there was the ability to save crewmates, Daryl would be the only one that couldn't be saved solely because of how unlikable he is.

But weed is legal in LS and not LC, plus all the heat he had got into in LC, and Badman 's temper. I could see Lil Jacob visiting the west coast

I always love older GTA games getting referenced (ex: Franklin referencing burning The Truth's weed farm in San Andreas) especially GTA 4, considering 4 is still my favorite game

I like to think Niko Bellic is still alive, probably laying low after the events of GTA 4. Before the jewelry store heist, Lester says "There was this Eastern European guy making moves in Liberty City, but he went quiet." Do you think Niko died or do you think he quit the life of Crime after GTA 4?

I would think he quit crime and went back into actual war. In the end he saw and did too much to live a peaceful life, he is a consumate veteran. Not that being a veteran counts too much in modern warfare with artillery and air strikes, but Niko could have joined a PMC or foreign legion. Being Serb, I would bet Wagner PMC.
I doubt he's dead personally, but he did kill one of Packies brothers (idk if Packy ever found out, would be... awkward ouo) the guy has alot of enemies... but Niko is a survivor to me, so i think he's alive maybe laying low and trying to live normally
The 'went quiet' line is a jab at the voice actor, who claimed that R* ripped him off. Hence why he has no new lines in the DLC chapters, TLAD and TBoGT. But... my headcanon? He's trying to hide from Kiki Jenkins.

Also i found out when doing my "get biggest amount of money" run that when the cop rams him at the shootout the last thing he does is ask Michael if he did good.

I love how they brought Packie back for this, I really liked him in GTA 4, and felt he was a great addition for the heists. Too bad you don't get too many heists with the other crew members, because to get the most out of them, as 3 of the 5 heists...well 4 since you don't use a crew for the Merryweather heist. Depending on which method, you need to bring a good gunman, so you don't really get a chance to get a cheap gunman to max out their stats and use them.
This game I would really like radiant type heists and better armored truck,store robbery type things

Chef and packie were the only guns I brought on the heist because I liked packie he was one of my favorite characters from the last game and I knew I could trust chef

So happy for Packie making an actual appearance in this game! Too bad I had no idea who he was back when I was playing it…

The real first heist is that $150,000 Fleeca Job
My first score was a small job. Convenience stores. Earned 2 grand. Then my real first score was the fleeca. Earned 100k. But then cayo perico came and i earned the biggest pay out to exist alone

i always thought every GTA 5 protagonist brings in a heist member except franklin:
Michael brings a hacker after a lester mission: Rickie (nothing do to with michael and he is a bad hacker)
Trevor brings a gunman after the first mission with cheng: Chef (friends and chef is a decent gunman
*franklin has nobody to bring so looking at past info i came up with this*
Franklin brings a driver after the mission chop: Lamar (best friends with franklin a perfect driver)
*this works michael brings in someone he dont know well who is a bad hacker trevor brings a friend who is a decent gunman so franklin should bring an even closer friend like a best friend who is a good and perfect driver and in the first mission we see franklin and lamar in doing the repo on the red and white car we see that lamar is a very good driver so for those reasons i decided to pick him*

When I was playing my ps3 I got gta 4 so I played the game and the first cross storyline happened 1 dlc hopped in, another mission main game all the dlcs are in gta 4 was great, as soon I heard niko I was surprised I didn’t know the guy at the time, so I went back to my ps3 fired it up inserted gta 4 loaded a save file and I found it out.
Honestly thinking back to it, the mission in GTAIV is called Three Leaf Clover, which unlike its four leaf counterpart, is sometimes seen as an omen of bad luck. Almost immediately after it, everything that could go wrong for the McCreary family does. Gerald gets pout away seemingly forever, Derrick or Frankie bite the dust due to Niko Bellic, the Pegerinos eventually get taken out meaning the McCreary family effectively loses its biggest client payer, and Katie McCreary gets potentially gunned down, leaving Packie as one of the only ones left alive or walking besides his mother.
Then once you find Packie in GTAV hes forced to pull convience store robberies with a fucking moron who didnt think to bring a getaway ride. Without Franklin, Packie very well may have met his end that day. Ironic that it was by pure good luck that Packie manages to break his curse thanks to Franklin, who may or may not be one of the unluckiest protags at that time in the story.

And every single time there's less people that smoke the tobacco companies have to pay less money to the federal government and State governments a result of the 1998 Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement
To sum up that settlement agreement it basically is:
"All tobacco companies will *forever* make, various annual payments to the states/territories of the US to compensate them for some of the medical costs of caring for persons with smoking-related illnesses"
It's still too soon to tell if vaping carries the similar life-long threatening illnesses that tobacco smoking does
(I mean it took over a century for tobacco companies to finally get penalized)
so there's not really been anything similar to the master settlement agreement for vaping as it currently stands, but who knows it might just happen in the next 50 years

There’s something pretty stupid about getting to know your crew ON THE WAY THERE. The fact you’re even hiring a bunch of strangers is strange, surely you’d want people you can’t depend on. But at least get to know them before on the way to the job lmao. And yes I know they take liberties for the sake of gameplay, doesn’t make it less dumb.
