I’m late to the game regarding Josh and his incredible talent and ability to inspire. I watched my first video of him day before yesterday and had no idea he passed away and in such a fluke accident. It’s truly the most unfortunate for such a young shining star. He was indeed SHINING to the very end. May he rest in peace and my thoughts are with his parents. You have to be so proud.

Just found this channel via the "bails" compilation, so sad to hear that Josh is no longer with us, rest in peace man. This hits the same way Colin McRae's death did, all that time spent doing something so dangerous but having the skills to stay safe, and then they get taken out by something beyond their control... so sad.

This is heartbreaking, I watched him all the time while I was learning to longboard, it is crazy to think that you can go at any moment. I am making a goal to longboard a 💯 miles for him this year, spread the word to all skaters.
He used to be the guy I’d show people at work as to why I’d longboard into work, rain or shine or snow or wet. Just because I couldn’t always travel hours away to decent hills.

Damn, I’ve seen him make quite a few appearances on the Daily Dose of Internet channel, and he was really getting popular with his videos. And it’s crazy to think that through his daredevil skating career, a plane crash would be what killed him. He was only 22 years old and probably had a great future ahead of him. May he Rest In Peace.

Man, I'm just so shocked. I came to check earlier today and see if he's posted, I check from time to time. And when I saw the comments saying he passed away, I didn't wanna believe it. I messaged him once on instagram and he responded. Man, Josh you seemed like such a nice and great guy, always wanting to live life to the fullest. I told other people who skateboarded and longboarded to check out these videos. My first video I found was the race against the storm video. I've been a fan since. It's just so crazy to believe that he's gone. Josh Neuman, you were truly one awesome guy. Always such a great guy. Not letting anything get you down, that crash you called your worst crash, you walked out the hospital saying you're not gonna let it bring you down, and so many other crashes you never let stop you. I had watched his videos over a year ago when I just started to longboard. They just seemed so real and they where entertaining to watch from time to time. I just saw on the news about his plane crash and it shocked the hell outta me. Rest in peace, he was taken too soon

That deserves my respect! I don`t have any longboarding experience but i used to do a lot of skateboarding. Tried often to gain some speed at downhill roads, but whenever my board started shakin, i was immediately pushing the tail down, or jumped off
I was also shaking the same at 40kmph but lost control
i cant even control the jiggle at 5km

Man this is surreal. Me & Josh live in the same apartment building and I saw him a day before he left for that trip. Fasntinating guy to be around and just always really stoked on life. Way too soon to go.

@@arturhakobyan3022 yeah im iceland he and three others including the Icelandic pilot passed away after they crashed into Þingvallavatn there bodies were found yesterday at the bottom of the lake it has been reported that they survived the initial crash but later passed in the water
@@arturhakobyan3022 And due to bad weather and harsh condition, the lake being frozen in most area’s their bodies will not be recovered until Thursday (10 February) When condition will be better. No official report on what happend. Very sad, one of the largest search in our history. Over a thousand people searching for the plane when it wen’t missing. Two helicopter’s. Unfortunetly it was too late. They probably had minutes in the freezing water. May they rest in peace.

I fell from my electric longboard going ~35kmh and I ripped my jeans and skin in multiple places. It's amazing that even when he falls at high speeds he still has so much control (you can see it in some of his other videos).
