Hi, I have a 2016 GX460 and whenever I press the brake pedal I get a hissing noise like air is leaking from somewhere with a feeling of vibration in my foot from the pedal. I feel like some motor runs to rebuild pressure in the brakes and it makes me feel the vibration. I have recently installed new rotors, and brake pads and bled the brake fluid from all tires, and refilled but nothing helped. Also, another thing I have noticed during this time is that there is air suction and whistle noise when I start the engine which goes away after one minute, and a strong suction noise when I turn off the engine. I am guessing there is an air leak somewhere but I cannot figure out where. I tried a smoke test as well by plugging one of the vacuum hoses into my party fog-making machine but smoke never leaked from anywhere. Can someone guide me on what I should do? through your experience, please? I’d appreciate it! Thank You I'm located in Houston, Texas
Great video thx. How do you remove the hose off the canister without damaging the clip?
It’s a quick connection, you just need to use your fingers to press and pull out
