Thank you for your video. Took me longer than 15 minutes but it is possible with crows foot.

Thank you for the comment. It’s certainly is with a little practice!
I am working on a similar technique for glow plug replacement. I modified a tool to make life easier, I plan to put it to the test this weekend, when I change # 5 glow plug

Nice vid here. I have the same problems on an 06' f250. Will be attempting the repair soon.
    Thanks and cheers!

I recommend having the parts tube, and fitting on hand, you clean the sensor in minutes, and install the new line (and fitting if necessary). Then clean the old removed ) line for a spare, quick swap in the future. Then every 15k ( second oil change) do a swap and clean, also clean the EGR , I have a video on that also, the cleaning process is the same

Thanks for giving me some more recommended information man. I ordered all three parts from Ford today and will get them tomorrow. Will try cleaning the pipe and sensor, especially if clogged to keep for spares. Definitely took the cue on that nipple that goes into the exhaust manifold as being a problem area. Thanks again for showing us what needs to be done. Cheers and Merry Christmas!

I plan to clean it every other oil Change about 15K miles to prevent it from getting clogged. Did you fix it yourself?
