    Feedback: I've tried to make a puto kutsinta using this recipe vlog as a guide. Honestly, I am not so fine with baking and culinary arts but with these perfect formula of ingredients, I was able to make my very own Puto Kutsinta in just 25 minutes....

    This is the best recipe. I tried several but i didnt like them and this is the one i remember growing up, the taste and the texture. I am so thankful i came across this video.       Welcome. I just want to add sa comment ko everyone should stick to this recipe because eventhough i put it in the refrigirator for several days soft and chewy pa rin siya unlike other recipe it gets hard. Thankful talaga sa recipe mo. Sana puto naman

      You can skip the lye water but the texture would be soft.

      ola feliciano as long as its starch , yes you can use it but if that is cassava flour it's a bit different to tapioca starch but you can experiment. I never tried it.

      @@LVEasyCooking pwede po baking soda 1 tsp lye = 2 tsp baking soda. Try nyo po. Nakita ko po ito sa ibang recipe at natry na din, ok lng naman.

      Joan Calaminos everytime Na steam mo haluin mo muna ung mixture bago ilagay sa molds then steam right away kc ung tapioca starch tumitining cya sa ilalim.Kaya ung tubig ang nasa ibabaw.
