How to Process Copper Ore to Concentrate: 3D Animation Beneficiation Methods and Equipments

✅Before the beneficiation of copper ores, crushing and grinding are required. Use jaw crusher or cone crusher to crush large ore to about 12 cm.
✅Then the crushed material is sent to the grinding equipment(ball mill), and the final particle size of the copper ore is reduced to 0.15-0.2mm(150-200mesh).
✅copper ore powder is sent to the classifier/flotation machine/concentrator to get the final ore concentrate.

This is how you process sulphide copper but there are also ways to process oxide copper though heap leaching , agitation leaching , or gravity concentrator .

@@HeavenGoats defiantly , sulphide copper is still heavy metal , most metallurgist would design their plant to process by gravity first and ultimately flotation for sulphide copper
