I ran mine 4 times at 1 hour each time, 400 degrees Fahrenheit on the air fryer setting. I still had a bit of the smell during the third 1 hour cook but after the fourth hour I haven't noticed any smell and I haven't noticed any plastic taste on the food I've cooked.

Mine was fine on 1st run no smell!

ALL PRODUCTS SMELL ON THEIR FIRST HEATING USE, THIS IS EXPECTED AND NORMAL - DUMP COW!
