Hello everyone!! I have seen all your comments and they are all very helpful. I just wanted to say that I still haven’t been able to fix the problem, I’ve had it for 4 years now so I don’t have the warranty anymore so I brought it to a repair store and the guy said that the motherboard was dead. I still think it has something to do with the Bios so I’m going to connect the laptop to an external pc to try to access the Bios from there. In the mean time I bought the TUF A15 2022, I’ve had it for 3-4 months now and it’s been incredibly since.

@@user-cy2qe2hl9q bro if mother board is dead means the PC won't get power to get on. So, the problem is something else. Visit nearest service center and enquire them.
For those who are still experiencing this issue, I just fixed mine at the time of writing this comment. I've got an ASUS TUF FX505-DT unit. The culprit is a defective RAM (well, probably on mine and could be yours too). I've got 2 RAMs, both 4Gb. And upon investigating and never-ending trial and error, I just found out that 1 of my 2 RAMs is defective/busted/not-working and I just removed it and tried turning on the unit again. And hallelujah, it is working fine now. I will just buy new DDR4 RAM to replace the defective one.
Worth a try on yours. This could be the fix for yours as well.

Well i have the same laptop as yours, the disks and the rams are both perfectly fine, tried it on other laptops. Still the problem exist tho, maybe the motherboard is broken on mine

i had.this issue when my nephew pull the bag with my FX705DU inside, so i decided to check the inside and somewhere on the exhuast is broken, fixed it and detached and attached the ssd connection, ram, and graphics card. now it works
i faced the same problem.. i plugged charge off then i pressed on/off bottom and in the same time i plugged charge again it works

I know I'm late but to fix this just hold the power button and let it turn on and off by itself then turn it on it worked for me thi
had the same thing, i removed the battery and clean the ventilation spinning things so it had time to completley drain power, then installed the battery that did it for me, works fine now.
i think that if you leave it in sleep for to long it cant get itself out of sleep so now i always turn the laptop off

Keep the charger inside your laptop, wait a couple of hours/2, power on your laptop

Or it just has to be turned off, I've read that some say it's off and others say it's on but it gets hot and I don't know if it's part of having it on or what the issue is.

But my asus a15 does these things time and again it gives me panic attacks as I just it 3 months ago

What I did to fix the problem was leave my laptop running with the charger plugged in, then 10-15 min later I switched it off and turned it back on and it booted up fine. If this doesn't work then try to plug your laptop to a monitor using a HDMI cable and test other methods you see online
Happened to me after i had put my asus tuf a15 to sleep mode, keyboard lightning was on but screen was black,
I just pressed the power button for 10s and successfully turned off, then it turned on normally👍

I am having the same problem on my TUF A17 (FA706IHRB-HX041W), i checked the ram and battery but it still didn't turn on! I visit the service center (They will call me), till then i am waiting!

I ordered Asus TUF A17 on 10th oct from Flipkart and expected delivery date was 17th Oct but the courier service was good that's i received it on 14th Oct. I had chosen open box delivery , everything seems fine and working , no physical damage, good packaging untill i noticed it on 15th oct evening that is today evening:- My fans wasn't running at all , i have changed the fan modes many times but they weren't not working, no sound of fans and no air coming through the vents from that time I got scared and called Asus care 3times but after talking to me they disconnected my call in between the conversation, luckily i was recording the conversation, they did this to me 3times and by doing this it was 6PM when i was calling Asus care for the 4th time i got to know that the service time is 10AM to 6PM only. The twist is i called 3times before 6PM they disconnected my call in between the conversation no one provided me a solution and when i went to Flipkart to return, i wasn't able to do it , i tried to return but it was showing error multiple times. After facing all these issues i made a call to FLIPKART customer care at 7PM and i talked to a executive with more than 15mins , he took all the information and made me wait many time during the call by putting me on holds and then he also disconnected the call at then end without letting me know🙂 then again I called Flipkart customer care and after talking with her half an hour she said i am transferring your call to senior management, it took 2mins to transfer the call 🙂 and finally when it connects the senior executive start acting like he doesn't hear my voice clearly 🙂 all of my friends, relatives, parents hear my voice clearly from my location except these customer care executives of Flipkart and Asus 🙂. After successfully wasting 3hours talking to different customer executive finally at 8PM i made 3rd attempt of call to Flipkart and after taking all the information and putting me on hold for few minutes he tells me to wait for 18th oct 🤣🙂, now i am done with this never ever gonna buy costly products online. 🙂 Successfully wasted 54 thousands 🙂
When your on silent mode your fan doesn't need to be on, the only way to have the fan on is keep it plug in turbo set on.
silent mode is useful less dust

@@garry9794 not everyone face this type issues, this is a very rare case that happens to someone but the main problem i am facing is both ASUS and FILPKART having bad customer services. In my laptop everything working smoothly but the only one issue i have faced and that is the fans are not working.if this happened to me after the warranty period then i would take the laptop to the service centre to repair it but this problem didn't arise after using it for a long period, this problem have came along with itself only, i think this could be hardware issue but i can't say it without opening it.

I bought last month this laptop im facing same issue keyboard lights up , i hear some like fans (not sure) it heats abit . I tried every solution on ASUS site , beside opening laptop i havent tried but ill send to Warranty so they might fix it .

So Ill share my experience....Same problem so i turned my laptop off and I was seaching YT for a solution then found this video and WAS going to implement it BUT as I turned on my laptop back it somehow worked like nothing happend.
Note : I did not use any method in this Video as stated above my display came back normal. Though the first method looks optimal rather than the second method.
I think these is windows 11problm same after update my laptop this problem happens

If you using dual channel (2 ram stick) or 1 stick ram just swap in between the two slot it should fix it

Take the bottom cover off…
Take both ram sticks (if applicable)
Get an old tooth brush
Put a little drop alcohol on said tooth brush and scrub the contacts on the ram sticks on both sides, dry it and put it in again…
This fixed my system.

Had a similar issue, was updating my drivers on Adrenaline and my AC battery disconnected. Screen turned black. Everyone I restart it I only see logo then it turns to black screen when windows should pop up with sound. I only see Bios and Logo windows is not visible. If Anyone has had a similar issue please let me know of any fixes.

the main reason why this problem exist, due to your processor is not the power button, not the ram, not the video graphics. its only your processor all you need to do is to wait until the processor will work it again. what are the things to do to avoid this things happen again check ur charger if the output is in the same value. or check your battery if your battery is not defective. that all

Change RAM module to new one with same frequency
Just get a rubber, open the back of the laptop, take out the ram, rub the ram stick connectors with the the rubber and replace the ram, you should be okay

Hold the power button
for anyone facing this problem, there's solution that you might try,
first of all it was caused by corrupted dll or driver display on Windows 11, you gotta try to boot here's the way :
1. Open back cover, Unplug the battery connector then plug it back with no charger then try to start the laptop, if your driver corrupt wasn't that deep it might have work
2. once the first step didn't work, plug your charger to the laptop, but Unplug the charger from the power socket, then hold the power button, while you hold it plug the charger into the power socket, it will inshallah working
if it didn't work too, you could search 10 sec, or 30 sec hold button power rule of Asus, it has several tutorial,
once you boot and enter the desktop, go to device manager, disable and enable all the video or graphic driver, then everything will be normal as it should be , but if you not sure that you used the fine installation before, them reinstall it
