It's not exponential, it's quadratic. For s stacks you get s * (2+0.08*s) all stats.
Not targeting baumi specifically but people need to realize the world is not linear, and then exponential, and that's it.
The most common annoyance is ofc people calling quadratic or sometimes cubic growth exponential.
Slightly less commonly people call fast linearly growth exponential.
There are even the occasional cases where people call factorial or the seldom n^n growth exponential.
Like please. If you don't know what to say just say fast.

Let me be that guy and comment that Speed Demon is, in fact, not exponential. For something to be exponential rate of increase should be proportional to value, while for speed demon rate of increase it is proportional to some time property (number of stacks). Attributes = X * (2 + 0.08X). When I present it like that, you clearly see it's quadratic. Stuff like that really bothers me
No, its wrong, just test it.
5 stacks:
2.00+2.08+2.16+2.24+2.32=10.80
but
5*(2+0.08*5) = 5*2.40 = 12.00
the correct version is:
2x + 0.08*((x-1)*(x-1+1))/2 = 2x + 0.04* (x^2-x) = 2x + 0.04x^2 - 0.04x = 1.96x + 0.04x^2 ... so, it is exponential
(just for test: 1.96*5 + 0.04*5*5 = 9.8 + 1 = 10.8)

Speed daemon grants a total of:
56.7 all stats after 20 rounds being first
202 at 50 rounds
338.7 at 70 rounds
and 419 at 80 rounds.
For round 81 you get +8.4 all stats.
what equation/ formula did you use?

72 stats at round 20
300 at round 50
532 at round 70

so the total after round n would be: sum over i from 1 to n (2+(n-1)*0.08) = 2*n + n*(n+1)/2 *0.08 -0.08

@@halaledo Every win gets you +0.08 stats PER stack, not just new ones, so total stats after round n is n*(2+0.08*(n-1))
I actually have no clue what formula is ACTUALLY used in game since tooltip says +6.7 stats with 3 stacks, which is supposed to be 6.4 18:21
Scratch that, it seems the first win gets you 2.08 to all stats, not 2, so its just n*(2+n*0.08), otamegane gamer has the right numbers

It just aggravates me how you play this game baumi, change your spells when you lose a match up early on. You still lose anyway but you wait till last minute to change the useless spells and then you lose the game bc of that, bc you dont have enough time and money to look for something good. Figure out what you need to win duels pls, Its a whole lot more fun to watch these videos and see you winning.
