there are 2 prices on all price labels, the bigger price you see on the top is if you pay with Pesos cash, or a Mexican bank’s Debit card (with Pesos as native currency); But there’s another small fine printed price, around 3% more is if you pay with credit card.
Yes, I also had a membership in this country. We found it hard to buy elsewhere in bulk, like water for our cooler. As for the food, we barely cooked in, but other big ticket items are so worthwhile. Good sharing.
The sticker shock of seeing items priced in pesos ! And, Costco in Canada sells liquor in a separate building not the main store depending on the province.
Yes indeed! Takes a while before we’re able to convert the money in our heads. Hope you’re having a great start to the New Year. We appreciate you taking the time to watch our channel!! 😎
If I remember correctly, we were hitting it around 10 or 11 in the morning. Maybe that made a difference. Also, if I was living in Cabo I definitely would spend less time shopping and more time on those gorgeous beaches! Thanks for joining us on this Journey. Hope you’re having a great week! 😎
I like the CostcoMX membership price, and I hold one for years, come back USA can still use it, every year I went Mexico once to renew this membership card, this might be the only thing very worthy to buy from CostcoMX and bring back to USA? 😃
I think that they didn’t have the relish but had a jalapeño topper. Since I love a good hotdog, and a love Costco, I was certainly enjoying my lunch!! Hope you’re having a great week! 😎
Thanks Chet! I’m pretty sure you can. Are you able to use a credit card from the USA without a problem and you can use your Costco membership card from the USA without a problem. The membership card in Mexico is much cheaper than it is in the USA. We were able to use our Mexican Costco membership without any problem at the Costco‘s in the USA. Hope you’re having a very nice week my friend! 😎
City Club in Cabo which is a Mexican warehouse store has Sonoran beef that I think is better and healthier than Costco beef. Costco gas is about the same as OXXO, Neither store has Cava de Oro or Adictovo Extra Anejo. They can be found in other stores but priced about the same as the USA.
The prices there aren't too bad at all. I think I'd buy a paddleboard for $500 and get the worth out of it. lol Do they sell the rack of ribs and the rotisserie chicken there? Oh...how close did the hurricane come to you guys and did you feel any of it? I don't think I've ever heard of a hurricane hitting California before that I can remember.
Hey bro! No the prices weren’t too bad, and yes they were cooking those rotisserie chickens. Yumm!! We left the Baja a few weeks ago but the videos of that area won’t finish until sometime next March (2024). Glad NOT to have been around for the Hillary party! Hope you’re doing well and having a great week! 😀
I see most prices are more expensive than CostcoUSA, for those stuff not made in Mexico; Except a few like Avocados or Tequila which are Mexico produce probably cheaper? and the hot food /dessert made by CostcoMX employees, I guess because those CostcoMX employees get paid much less than CostcoUSA employees? Especially most electronics are much more, at least 20% or 30% sometimes 50% more expensive than CostcoUSA?
The USA definitely has buying power by our sheer numbers and that there is a middle class. Costco is not where you want to go to save money in Mexico! 😎
@@GeneandRenee many people saying moving to Mexico for more affordable cost of living; for housing part it’s true MX better, but household stuff not true, Especially those people who used to shop quality stuff from CostcoUSA, if they move to Mexico want to continue same lifestyle with CostcoMX, shopping part would cost more than CostcoUSA for same stuff
I guess if someone were wanting the same style of living they should bring household goods with them and pay the import taxes (above the allowance). Otherwise we suggest simply moving (if that is what someone wants to do) and adjusting lifestyle to a simpler life. 🙂

Big difference I see is full shelves and no crowds. Look at those empty aisles! Costcos in Tampa are madhouses.

Thank you Michael! Hope you’re having a great weekend! 😎
Costco Cabo is amazing, coming from an employee!
Bro every Costco is amazing! One of my favorite stores (that and Home Depot)! Hope your week is going great! 😎
@@GeneandRenee same to you guys!!

I heard they have different toppings for the hot dogs
