Unless its a hot chick... so tomb raider and Neir automata were fine. But playing as an ugly chick isn't fun at all. takes all the joy out of customizing your character in different outfits. Plus nowadays when they make a female protagonist for no reason, it generally means its because they are trying to add "diversity" and shit because of the companies funding them. its social engineering at its worst.

I think we are a minority. I have the same issue, I see the character as an extension of myself and can't really immerse into the game. Still that's just a personal preference. Edit: After reading more comments i think we are not a minority. Seems many people have the same issue.

I dont mind a FPS Ghost Recon: Over, just dont make the outfit (clothes, footwear) customizable. Theres no point in adding features that will never be seen or affect anything. Like Far Cry 5, clothes are customizable but it doesn't affect anything
