    Thank you so much. I was having trouble downloading, and then finding the video. The right click and save as is what I needed to know!

    Love camera technology and this is a very helpful video on the operation of the Alfred Home Security system. I loved the first video where you were setting up the cameras using old smart phones. Thanks.

    Hey,there is a new feature called "continuous recording", in Alfred security camera website,they said that the recording is stored in the camera storage,and you can play it using the app. But I don't find it anywhere in my phone storage. Where do they save the recording ?

    • @selmateacher7
      @selmateacher7  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      They are saved within the Alfred Server. Please log into your Alfred Account and you will see the recordings there.

    Your a good teacher 👍 I was wondering if you could make or have already made any how to edit videos for yt

      Yes, I made a few.
      Here is one (What apps do I use to make a Video on a Windows PC) "Unlisted Video" that is for you. th-cam.com/video/Ga-wsQBAVpE/w-d-xo.html
      Here is another (Making a video with a Chromebook)- "listed video" It is better: th-cam.com/video/1MF3iJqn2oA/w-d-xo.html
      I may have others.... too...

    Click on the video, click share, pick google drive, then check g.d. you'll see what I mean. Its a txt file not the mp4 video. Someone else had complained about it before. They said they are working on it.

      Thank you for the observation. Please just Right Click the video seen in the Alfred Video Gallery and select, "Save Video As" until Alfred Home Security has that issue solved. To do a right click on a smartphone, I just press and hold with mine.

      Are you using the Chrome Browser and the Alfred website login? I tried that on my Win 11 PC and it worked for me. I was logging in with the the Win11 PC as the viewer and using an old phone as the camera.

      Yea I used it on chrome and Mozilla it wouldn't work, it would let me use my comp as a camera and view from my phone but not use phone as camera and computer as viewer.

    Can we save the videos in local phone storage without internet connectivity?

      I believe you can log in and save those files to the phone that you are using.

    The videos automatically upload to your Google cloud or Drive, too, right?

    • @selmateacher7

      Thank you for the questions. These steps show how to save the videos from your Alfred Home Security Account to your local drive. Yes, If you have a Chromebook or the Google Drive App set to automatically save the files that are downloaded. Then, yes. However I do not. I go to my Google Photos and select "upload" and save those videos manually.

    • @sl4983
      @sl4983 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      No they don't automatically upload.

      @@selmateacher7 You can do that on the computer but not the ipad or iphone or even Android. But I can't even save videos. For some reason, they just don't save. I might get one still photo and that's all. Don't know if this will work for me or not.

    You guys need a way of permanently making the video undeletable. What good is a video if ppl hack your phone log in and delete it.

      I am sorry to hear that. in the past, I would download and save important clips
