Being new to watercolor I have gotten the impression that water marks (blooms?) are to be avoided; however I notice you seem to embrace them in the background and I actually think it adds an interesting “texture”. So I’m wondering if you did that on purpose or happy accident? Thanks for sharing.
Haha....the splatters 😮. I recently had a crazy splatter day only to discover that I splattered all over my floor and work station. And it's there to stay.....cant remove the paint. 😢

You can avoid in some paintings and not in others depending on subject
