My problem is I have new rectifier, stator, new battery it works fine for a week while I am taking out the bike every evening but one time it started normal but when I reached the destination after 5 min i came back after an hour it won't strt like the battery is low horn is fine everything is fine but battery is not able to generate volt to start the bilke.. Please give any suggestions where I need to work on
Hi Start by checking the voltage on the battery. A normal battery should have a voltage of 12.7 volts. If the voltage is lower than that, you need to charge with a controlled charger. If the charger fails to maintain a voltage of 12.7, then the battery needs to be replaced. If the starter motor rotates, measure the voltage drop on the battery at the time of starting. If the voltage is lower than 10 volts then the battery needs to be replaced. If the starter goes well and the engine runs, a charging voltage of approximately 14 volts should be measured on the battery. If the battery ang coil charging are fine, more tests are needed. But why not activate the warranty on the latest fix? Because that's what I would do.
Dir sir It is important to remember that the channel is designed to supplement knowledge for those who are already experts and know, and also for fun for those who are interested in watching the mechanic's work... No TH-cam video can cover all the topics it deals with, and there is a great deal to know that is not expressed in YT videos, and you can complete it in the technical literature, or in courses for the beginner mechanic. Back to your question: How do you check the front shock absorber? 1. When you see an oil leak, then there is also a lot of dirt that sticks to the oil. 2. When the handlebars are lifted up, and when released, it returns to exactly the same height, this is a sign that there is a problem. 3. When you rock the lower tube horizontally and feel that there is freedom with the upper tube, then this also indicates a problem. 4. When the upper tube is bent. or rusty or scratched.
@@albertheinstein3560 Sorry, at the moment it is not in the plan, a normal pump produces a pressure of 43psi, and no more than that, and there is also a flow measurement designed to determine if the fuel filter is clogged.
My problem is ive changed to new battery ive got a new ignition coil, new regulator, but even after starting manually by pushing in 3rd gear bike is not starting and even display only turn on after turning on the ignition
Hi sir Troubleshooting requires a lot of knowledge and experience. The tests are scientific. You can also replace parts randomly and hope for the best, this is less recommended. Is there electricity? Is there a starter? Is there a spark? Is there any fuel? If the engine does not work, the battery should be charged from time to time with a controlled charger. Sorry, Sir I don't know you or the motorcycle. Repairing on your own using the do-it-yourself method is a hobby, it doesn't save money, it costs money, the cost of studying, the cost of tools... If you don't have enough time, etc... don't hesitate to contact a professional mechanic.
No, at least right now you don't need to replace the starter motor. Troubleshooting is one of the complicated things. If there is no electricity at all, the fuses should be checked, and replaced as necessary. Then check battery. If necessary then charge the battery. A battery one hour after charging, after being disconnected from the charger, should hold at least 12.7 volts. Troubleshooting this is complex and complicated. You can try to get more information in the cbr250r dot net forum. And if you don't have time, patience, or basic knowledge of electricity and mechanics, it's best to contact a licensed mechanic you trust on.
Hi sir. Sorry, I'm not sure I understand what the question is. If the main fuse is blown, then the electrical circuit that activates the coil relay with the switch on the handlebars will not work either. Before replacing a fuse, it is advisable to check that there is no active short circuit. When the relay is ON it connects the battery (+) voltage direct to the electric starter without a fuse, the battery gives the starter motor all the current it can give, there is no fuse in this electric circuit.
Oui je vous parle fusible vert d apres la video ont le voit un fusible si il et noir si c est pas le fusible c est le relais demareur qui en fin de vie j ai vue dans la vidéo vous avez remplacé
@samuelperez-sr6ln If the fuse is OK, and if the relay does not make the "click", you need to check the electrical circuit that feeds the relay coil. It is possible that the electrical contacts in the switch on the handlebar have stopped conducting electricity. So you need to check it , and maybe clean it, before deciding that the problem is in the relay.
@@samuelperez-sr6ln The fault I demonstrate at the beginning of my video 0:14 is a mechanical fault, not an electrical fault. In my video you can see that pressing the switch causes an electrical load, which means that the coil is activated. You can check if pressing your switch is caused the panel lights to flash too, due to an increase in the electrical load (as a result of current passing through the relay coil), then you can rule out a problem with the switch.

Original can be very expensive compared to Chinese, the price differences are huge. In my opinion, in the low scale, you can find an original OEM part for around 30USD. The Chinese arrives unsealed. I currently have one of these installed. It cost me less than 10 USD including shipping. The Chinese comes unsealed, so I pushed in WD40, did a couple of washes with WD40, and after the third wash I sealed the connection strip with PVC tape. So far it's holding up nicely.
your channel is pure gold, thank you!
Thank you sir💐♥️
This video really helpful Love it so Much well at least CBR owner know what is happening with their Bike ….❤❤❤
