Mageiritsa is a dish we eat in Greece at Pasxa the Sunday when Jesus rises from dead , we call it in Greece , Kyriakh ths Anastashs. Olive oil, onions fresh and dry, lettuce, dill weed. The meat that we use for this is lamp ( liver, intestines and lungs in small pieces very clean and boilled before adding.) Is delicious and a traditional plate, the only day we eat this is Kyriakh tou Pasxa 😊

But stopped making it as it was so tedious to make (especially cleaning out the intestines and her being rather cautious about this). No doubt that this is delicious, there's another dish that's made in Greece (kokoretsi) that also has intestines (grilled this time) and that is ALSO so good 🙂

Thai Zab aan Dekeleon, aan de bovenkant van dat plein bij keramikos. o Elvis voor meer pitas, vlakbij gazi ook. Mijn favoriete pitas haal ik bij Posto, einde winkelstraat Maroussi, Athene noord. Drie mexicanen in Chalandri, probeer Picasso, ook al is hun HQ op Naxos beter dan de Atheense versie. De andere toptenten hou ik voor mezelf, mocht ik mezelf ooit zover krijgen een vlog te maken.

Yes kokoretsi is also one of my favorites, (I’m the guy in the video) . U can eat magiritsa on the meat market in Athens any time. Happy eastern 🙏🏻
