    Contemporary UK Post Punk Trinity: Black Midi, Black Country New Road, and Squid. This time Black Midi tries a different approach to their sound. Critics call this track and their recent live shows "Avant Prog", which means Avant-Garde Progressive Rock.

    That was cool indeed. I have tried so hard to love Black Midi. I want to. I saw The Residents ( which they remind me of somehow) but it's a hard love.

      As a musician, let me assure you that it was actually super cohesive and incredibly tightly performed. Its just very advanced rhythms.

      These people are ridiculously talented. Their drummer is an absolute beast . Graduated from the same Brit school that brought you Adele and the XX amongst others.
