No... EMI never reduced....even if you pay advancely...But you can enhance EMI...

Every bank gives two options while paying partpayment of your homeloan.
1.Reduced EMI with no change in tenure
2.Reduced tenure with no change in EMI
And also how much emi will be reduced depends on the outstanding balance, rate of interest and number of EMIs balance as on payment of partpayment.

It is recommended to choose option 2. If you reduce your tenure & maintain same EMI you will pay a lot more less interest. There are many home loan prepayment calculators available online, you can check & see how much the interest amount will be reduced.
