Landscaping would have made the property look welcoming and appealing. I appreciate the fact that the amount was quoted in Jamaican dollars. I looked at some lots in the Montego Bay area, the prices were ridiculously insane and were quoted in U.S.dollars. How will a poor or middle class citizen in Jamaica purchase those properties……..The rich only gets richer.
@Michelle Jones I don't think ANY developer puts in landscaping until they're all finished though so we just have to use our imagination for now😁 *Edit: I realized afterwards that at this comparitively low price point (and it doesn't seem to be a gated community,) the developer is not going to do any landscaping. Wisdom would be for @Property Viewers to get permission to show the properties that have finished their lawns just a few houses away.
Btw, $18m Jamaican through the NHT is an achievable goal for Jamaicans. If this was Kingston they would be sold out already!

Nope! Not at that price point. This is VERY reasonable. Jamaican R.E. appreciates in value quickly and I hope JAMAICAN residents get to buy these up. I think in Portmore homes are going for $27m

That's actually the price it's being resold for + additions I guess. The actual cost when you buy directly from the developer the units are less than $7 mil or maybe around that by now.

That garden in the front yard was interesting to me as well, my first thought was that there is no backyard... not interesting for the price
