- Hey Property Viewers take a tour of the Airbnb that is situated in the middle of Montego Bay and Negril (30 minutes either direction) in the Oceanpointe Development.
Oceanpointe is a new development in Lucea. It is directly across from the Grand Palladium Hotel. The house itself is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property with a large verandah, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and back patio. All bedrooms and living room are equipped with air-conditioning, television and ceiling fans. All basic amenities are provided in addition to a wide range of appliances including a Nespresso cappuccino machine.
Guest access is secured and parking for up to three vehicles on the property is available.
The community is well equipped with a gym, clubhouse with table tennis, multipurpose court, tennis court, football field, kids play area (not yet developed), running track ( Partially developed) 24 hour security and a private beach across the street.
Nearby spots and attractions include :- Dolphin Cove (1 min drive), Grand Palladium Hotel (neighbors), Chukka Adventure Park (5 min drive) , Waterfront Restaurant (4 min drive) and Pachies Restaurant (5 min drive), Tryall Golf Course (8 min drive), the Lucea and Sandy Bay towns (5 min drive in either direction).

Not going to lie, I’m impressed. I’ve see a lot of expensive home in Jamaica, the big problem to me was the lack of good quality decor. You can tell they spend their money well.

So true. I've seen a few outdated decor before. I'm not a fan of bright colors and big bulky furniture. But this one seems light and airy.

The most beautiful vacation property and decor I have seen on here period! I could totally see myself sipping wine in the backyard enjoying life. Everything is beautiful and Phillip's smile is noteworthy.
I have been to this property before and it is awesome. The decor is definitely best in class. The host is very welcoming, accommodating and communicates very well. This property offers a lot of services including spa treatments, airport pickup, chef service and grocery shopping so you can just relax and enjoy your stay.

As a pass occupant, (as recent as October 2021) of this lovely Airbnb. I must say no lies are being told in this video. Enjoyed my Stay with the family here. Phillip is a great host. Prompt response with any questions I had. Will be visiting again soon, very soon.

I am usually very unimpressed by some of these property shows because many of the developers/ owners/ builders just don't get it. However I have to admit that of all the ones I've seen showcasing what's available this is the best I've seen. Sir you really do get it. I suggest you do some training for those who are stuck in their stone age ways.

Lol 😂 me too ,since the pandemic it seems like more people became aware of those gated community property and every gated community in that area from Ochie to Hanover sold out ! Richmond was $240 US its now $270 US went up by $30,000 within one year and they sold out too ! 😊

@@thrudysmith777 I saw a Jamaican on TH-cam who lives in the state ,she said she went down to buy one at Richmond Estate in Ochie and she was shock that the price increase by 30,000 US , within a year and they were all sold out ! Even though they sold out some are still in the building phase and are not finish ! That one in the video was $160 US I don’t know if it went up but the decor in that one we saw in the video is beautiful , even the club houses was luxurious! A lot of people would love to buy a piece of land and build their dream home ! You could get piece a land for $40,000 and build a house $75,000 US or even less but because of the violence and the Pata Cat them 🤣people have to go live in gated communities because if you don’t , you have to put burglar bars on you dream home , like in prison ! We can still dream Nothing wrong with dreaming Lol 🤣psychologist said having good dreams is good for your mental well being 🤣

I've seen a little of houses that are gorgeous outside but outdated decor inside. This one is total opposite. From room to room is well decorated. Noting some ideas for my house. 😊😊

That carport, what kind of surface is that? Is it pavestone? I want to put it on my driveway.
Yes it is paving stones. The community required grey which is perfect because after some time the coloured ones fade and don’t look nice as when it was just installed.
I’ve seen a lot in Jamaica but by far the best I’ve seen.

We have been operating over three months with no issues with any of our guest. For me personally any Airbnb that I go to must look better than my home. So the same concept applies when setting up “I Love Lucea”.

I am going to be honest I have stay at hotel and Airbnb and have had that type of luxury at hotels but I have never had it at Airbnb ! Hmm 🤔
