I was using them as a sugar substitute, but honestly I don’t think they’re any better than sugar, so for my next batch I’m going to replace them with sugar and leave out the dry milk powder to see what happens. That’ll be when I get the stuffer mod working better.
@@DMC_MD are corn syrup solids basically just dehydrated corn syrup? If so, could we just use corn syrup and just a bit less water than what you used. I am in Mexico and the only sources for corn syrup solids I am finding initially are quite expensive.
Based on what I'm seeing, I'm not convinced that anything here has any advantage over traditional methods. The cost/benefit analysis results in a red flag for extreme bs. A man who knows how to work with his hands can achieve more with less.

Use a 13mm horn, only issue is that you kinda have to "thread" the 17mm casings on the horn.

@DMC_MD look at smokehouse chef I got a 12mm from them for the hakka. Pretty sure it has a 52mm base, this is from memory though.
