Really nice video, I had to many questions about fire grids when I started, specially because I was too weak to farm for a Xeno Ifrit axe at the time and didn't knew what to put in place. This is really helpful for people trying to get a fire grid for the next guild wars, good job Koon!

Something I'd like to point out is that slotting a FLB prometheus staff over the 3rd xeno axe actually results in a minor net gain and well compliments the enmity playstyle.
Yeah, Kuro. I'm actually using one prometheus staff in my grid. The effect is pretty impressive, especially when pairing it with Zahamelina.

Odin Odin is very niche in my opinion, I don't think people are using this grid for their daily grind.
I think you should have mentioned the HP on Ecke when you were talking about stats, since a 0* Ecke gives ~100 more hp than a mlb cane

first of all good video, i like it a lot since it can help a lot of people (including one of my friends)
but i wondered about a thing for your crit calculation
-> one of your sources in the video desrciption stats that medium crit rate offers a 5,7% boost at skill level 10 (instad of the 5% you mentioned) and with this you would only need 6 ancient ecke sachs to reach (slightly over) 100% crit rate in double colossus setups.
do you want the 7th ecke sachs for the additional enmity or would you rather slot another xeno axe ?

I tried my dmg output at the trail battle, seems to be the same, even tho the estimated dmg was stated to be higher.
Is there supposed to be a difference?

Almost there Dre, the first thing I would do for January. ;)
Force field is pretty annoying so I usually skip gund*m's first half HP with ougi and then sacrifice everyone in Dimensional Cleave >_< for low level players and if you have these characters, perhaps you can do something like this:
Bring GRAN in hermit + Mist sub (bonus if you have flb xeno staff because ougi dmg bonus), bring Altair, Lilele, and Romeo (this gorilla in fourth row). Buff everyone (altair+lilele's ATK and charge bar buffs), so when gund*m unleashes its first attack, perhaps someone will have 100% ougi bar already and chain burst is ready. Make sure the gorilla still has spirit shroud when ougi-ing. it usually reduces Colo's HP to about 50% depending on your water grid. The rest you can pub the raid or sacrifice your gorilla with his substitute skill, kill two members of your party in two dimensional cleaves, and europa them :D
Ah, I see. I didn't understand why people were saying Ancient Ecke Sachs is still a better build than a Colossus staff grid with the new 5* uncap, but I didn't realize the 100% critical rate.
I have a max skill 3* Colossus Cane grid, but I think I'm going to transition straight to Ancient Ecke Sachs rather than waste any quartz on 4* Canes. I'll save the quartz for uncapping the Colossus summon eventually.
And u can use 2nd skill yodarha when he have at least 1 shroud use it when colo ca when colo hp under 50 percent
I started playing and got Shiva + Magisa so I went with Fire (I feel like I told that often now)
And now I am entering HL soon (99 with 80%) and I feel like it would be better to simply skip fire magna (Colo sticks) and go straight for Ecke Sachs
Colo x Colo with 7 Ecke Sachs even 0* looks better than FLB Stick grid but I never calculated it, so I might just be wrong.

Hey Terminx, I think you can skip Magna build and focus on Agnis + Shiva. This is a lot better than double colo build, because you can put Athena's spear and other gacha weapons in the pool to increase the chance of DA/TA.
Another point is that Critical weapons may not be as effective on bosses like Rose Queen / JK because she changes elements, overall great video!
I got FLB Sethlans & an Agnis without limit break, collecting weapon for Agnis to move on from Ele x Ele grid rn...you think I'm on the right track? :P
Yeah Jonathan, feel free to go Element x Agnis or element x element. However, in terms of dmg output, I believe there will still be a gap between these grids and double Agnis grid with Crimson finger and Rackum gun.
magna ecke grid compared to agni grid without ecke which one is stronger?
i mean like both of them have enmity right? so which one is actually stronger when fighting wind enemies?
well if u doing pure "f2P" build agni will do worse than colo x colo 7 eckes since magna eckes work with "total" of all weapon crit chance while agni crit chance is different trigger from each weapon so in this sense crit in 7 ancient ecke sachs is 100% but in agni u would only have 8,16% which active differently (assuming u do 120% agnixagni)
but agni have a large selection of DA/TA so with 2 eric u could cap 50% DA/TA to counter full magna ecke build
i have question i have finished my fire grid without ancient ecke but 1 got so many normal ecke,if i want primal build can i do better with ecke build without crimson finger? and do you have recomendation pool???
You can Lilith, but of course the dmg output is less fancy than crimson finger grid. I am also working on my fire grid, guess I'll slot in 3-4 normal eckes, 2 Athena spears, seraphic weapon and some other weapons.

I have a quick question! What does the "Blue Star" represents, because most of the SRs, especially the story ones has like 2 or 1 blue stars(5 or 4 stars in total).
And also, if I fully max a SR and a SSR Character, does it also upgrade/improve their skills?

Yes, some of their passive skills come into effect only after you fully uncap them.
Blue star means you can uncap them further, to 5 stars.

Thanks for the video. On my (since abandoned) first account, I mained fire because 2/3 of my starting SSRs were fire. Man, was Colossus a massive pain to try and farm. I had no idea what to do about dimensional cleave at all. On my current account, before my spark 7 out of 16 SSRs were also fire. KMR seems to throw fire SSRs at me, but no Shiva or Agni. >.<
Thankfully, my recent spark yielded me only 1 fire SSR (Sturm, so I now have both Grand Fire characters). Meanwhile, I still only have 2 water ones. :-(
Do you think you will do something similar about alternative light grids? While we know that the ideal light grid is stuffed full of Chev swords, it's going to be a very long term goal for most players. Maybe you can suggest some grids that we can use in the meantime?
Hi Isa, you can try mixed guns and swords grid, the dmg output is pretty similar if you are using Chev + Luci, just the HP is lower compared with sword grid.

If you only have 1 Xeno axe, you can use any other ex or 4* normal weapon as substitute. Zhuque katana, Rose weapon, event weapons, they are all fine. :)

I have an FLB Sethlans (130% atk up after a few turns and 10% HP) and decided to go PrimalxElemental since after saw my crew captain who is a hardcore only net 6 Ecke and my lucksack friend only have 2 MLB i want to ask
How good is the damage i mean is the damage enough for racing MVP?

Damage offered by Elemental x Primal is pretty decent, but Shiva still has the advantage for short fight among all (Double Agnis if you could for higher skill bonus %), one call changes everything you see...
Ecke build is powerful, though I personally don't think it is fast enough for dmg burst, just like tiamat gun grid or any other enmity grids, unless you can reduce your HP to a certain point in a short period of time, or have powerful buffs. MVP wise, characters are the winning factor, when everyone has their grids maxed out.
Fire Elemental x Primal is still quite promising in long battles, especially when you have Sethlan, but we can't compare fire to water Elemental x Primal with Fimbuls, much different.
I used to just yolo suicide some character to dimension cleave when I was low level
but sometime I can't hit the boss to OD then Colo-chan use force field instead and it gone down from there xD
In my opinion Colossus weapon got the coolest skill animation compare to other magna weapon
(wind and earth is not bad as well)

Exactly, use other EX weapons to fill the slots first. Pinya Axe or sword is a good choice.
what rank to complete any basic grid?
im past rank 70, i only finish half of 4 basic grids.
even lower rank can deal higher damage than mine.
Rank 120 is fine I think... actually it doesn't really matter. You'll grow stronger and stronger if you play regularly, no need to grind hard. :D
What if you are late for the xeno weapon? I now have a decent water grid, but when the event was active...
Totally fine I guess, we still have Pinya dagger and Water Katana, both of them are 4* weapons.

So, based on that eckes, fight on rose queen dark phase, the damage would drop greatly then? Since, you cant crit on rosequeen dark phase

Koon, since the atma sword is out and there's this cosmo sword. is it more viable to build with 5 ancient ecke (6 if you are planning on off ele fight) 1 seraph michael 1 xeno ifrit 1 baha 1 cosmo 1 atma or we can replace 1 ecke with flb colo staff for more raw stats? do share your thought.
P.S : since fire have percival, sturm, bea, yuel, or any other SR sword-based character. so yeah, i am putting the atma sword there.

I don't think using cos sword is worth it considering how low AES stats are. But could be legit with a total of 9 swords (including cos sword, assuming all swords MLB). Keen to hear from other players

If I use Shiva as my main summon (gotta love the guy and he's quite hot in more than one way lol), which weapons and skills should I try to farm/get? I have a Ray of Zhuque, a FLB Fire Katana from the Yuel event and my uncapped SSR weapons from the gacha.
If you have Shiva, go elemental x primal, basically the grid is more or less like double Agnis grid. All 4* normal weapons are good, especially crimson finger and rackam gun.

It's probably already one of the best if you are using it as mainhand. :P
If it's not a mainhand, then I guess you can easily replace it with any 4* weapon.
can i change phoenix katana with rackam gun?i have rackam gun and if rackam gun worth than katana i will use damascus on my rackam gun
Don't have much different if you are using Colossus, since the summon combination does not boost these 2 weapons. But if you are using elemental + Agnis, or double Agnis, give priority to Rackam gun.
Hello Koon , what are your thoughts on what edge it have against or vs whale agni , vs f2p agni , and shiva x shiva ?
No chance for F2P Agnis to beat Whale Agnis, crimson finger and Rackum gun are just too broken with Attack II and Attack III. I'm not too sure about double Shiva.

crits could be good too on ubaha normal since could crit there even null element boss.

Hi koon I'm lvl49 and in a strange situation
My only "descent" team is my wind one with anat as main summon and 4 tiamat guns skill lvl 4 (for the character 5star sutera aster and rosetta)
But it's not enought dammage to mvp 100% off the time ygg omega so i have some trouble with farming an earth grid too later farm leviathan
But I also can't mvp Tiamat because my fire grid is not strong enought (too many not skilled up fillers)
But I also can't mvp colossus because my water grid doesn't even have all the slot filled with water weapons
So I'm not sure if i do solething from in my way of farming (still trying to host every omega 3 times each day and playing normal and hard mode)
Or if it's maybe in my character selection for some elements ?
Or just if it's normal regarding of my possibilites for now and I'm just in the begining of farming my omega grids and it will be better later ?
Hi Kinue, your situation is totally fine in my opinion. In fact, you are doing pretty well. It's not that easy to have 4 tiamat guns at rank49. :)
Just follow this pace until you reach rank 100, you'll see a significant improvement in dmg once you get all your weapons to 3 or 4 stars.

enmity activates once you get damage. You still have great crit modifier that makes it worth it.

Hey, how much time did you take to make your AES grid?
Maybe less than 1 month? All I do was joining battles brainlessly, without even thinking.
P/S: I only do that when I'm really really free.
Primal grids when? (Agni in particular).
Strictly discussing on-ele fights (vs wind enemies), I think 6 AES would be sufficient rather 7 since 90% (Colo x Colo) is already good considering that the characters may have their own crit EMPS, and having extra weapon slot for Atma weapon or a normal mainhand (if we don't have Xeno Hellscythe/can't use it as mainhand for certain classes). That allows slots for one each of baha, atma/normal, ex, seraph. I think an Atma weapon with the added hps, and trium skill is more valuable than having another AES, but I can't confirm.
However since I have many Shiva friends, i'd rather take my chances with RNG and go for a shiva support with colo main summon and have 5 AES instead for 50% crit chance, giving my grid space for one each of baha, atma, normal, ex, seraph.
As several members here have stated, colo x shiva appears to outdamage colo x colo, so 7 AES doesn't really seem worth the grind. Critting all the time also takes away the fun of RNG. Fire of Prometheus sounds like a good weapon to be used as well, as mentioned by KuroKanden.
I've got a question (Colo x Shiva):
Six 0* AES + one each of Atma, Ex, Baha, Seraph
vs
Five MLB Colo Staves + one each of Atma, Ex, Baha, Seraph, Normal (gw dagger)
Which would give higher DPT?
Five MLB colo staves are much more better than six 0*ancient ecke in my opinion.

Since I started playing I got 5 twigs(1MLB and 0*) and 5 ancient twigs(1MLB and 0*). This thing is so rare and hosting is very expensive. I need to at least MLB the other one before GW. #FeelsPressuredMan
we use flb for 4 star weapons and mlb for 3 star. the twigs haven't gotten a flb(blue star) yet so you'd only refer to it as mlb.

7 Ancient Ecke is a long way road
I don't really recommend Double colo build, the setup is just too particular and stiff.
Reaching 100% crit is useless IMO as a lot of good fire characters have already access to crit skills and EMPs, 6 AES would be perfect for double Colo
ikr , and when ur raw and dmg boost too weak the crit dmg not that superior , this is why alot pro fire they wont use alot ecke

colo dropped 6 (six) sticks in 2 months. i am banned from playing fire apparently
getting 3 flb xeno ifrit axes is just insane. other than that I like it. there is no way I'm getting 3 flb axes though.
double ecke not that good , was test in colo that use 6 ecke and colo + shiva will give u alot dps , + ubaha fist with fist lineup and last slot for Sturm i havent lose any wind boss fight unless meet agni whale
