This song has gotten a new meaning for me as I can't get any good sleep with my injury, when I sing this I sing it with true longing for some rest.
This is beautiful. It brings me on a mental journey when I listen to it and makes my mind run wild. This is music in it's most raw and purest form. Thank the gods I have Norwegian heritage. And thank the gods that I was able to find the gods. Finding paganism led me to finding music like this which is just downright beautiful. Also it's led to me meeting some interesting friends and also learning what organized religion is all about and learning the difference between true freedom and the illusion of freedom. With paganism comes shit loads of knowledge and with that knowledge comes the ability to understand and appreciate beautiful art like this song right here. Thank my ancestors and paganism indeed because if it weren't for them music like this wouldn't exist.
