@@TheMarobrothers I always liked the character properties the terraced type near the cathedral and harbour. I like the big modern houses. But to me they have no character and to me that’s what Mallorca is. It’s more than the views. Been going since I was a little kid. Always loved it 😍

black granite is in fact Basalt rock kitchen benchtop - the outside views of this house is awesome - beautiful home and so it should be at that price

Der Remus tourt seit Jahren ja seine Malle Hütten auf TH-cam. Das ist die erste vernünftige Hütte die ich da sehe Merci. Tolle Küche, geiler Outdoor Pool, Gesamtstruktur Klasse. Top 👍💪Nur den Indoorpool würde ich entfernen. Geiler Platz für ein Gym 😁
Von der Villa hatte Marcel aber auch schon mal ein Video gemacht ! Aber du hast recht, das Haus (Hütte) ist echt cool!

It's astounding the amount of house you can buy for the money in Spain. This villa would be an additional 10-15M in the south of France or Beverly Hills.

Yes I got it sorry had to go threw my trash to find the mailing address I did not see it in any place but there for some reason I am going to add a few more things to the package for the misunderstanding then send it out. Also going to put tracking on it because I just have this feeling I should to make sure Patrick gets it. There will be a note inside it please read it first before opening the painted box so you know what your touching :) xoxoxo Please tell me when you get it or I will have sleepless nights wondering if you got it lol.

I thought the outdoor dining would have been better next to the barbecue instead of interfering with view from the lounge. The outdoor space near the barbecue looked a bit narrower however.
I'm sure you could move it around and boom, problem solved 😎

I always enjoy your video tour. Some of your vedio I watch multiple times to know every details. From each of your tour I learn something new. one more request, if you can get the dimension of each room will give more detail and clarity about the property. which is not always possible but whenever possible, please do so. Again thank you very much for showing excellent modern properties.
