The plaintiff is irritating me talking about the defendant used to “work for” his wife, and calling others “regular employees” when his wife was an employee too!🙄
The case of Keyser Soze. He gained sympathy with his “eye” issue. Judge felt bad because she asked him to remove his sunglasses. Loses it when the wife is called because he can’t control the situation. 😂😂😂 His eyes get better. He’s manipulative when he doesn’t get his way, he whines and people give in. He was blind until things were going his way. He’s good.😂😂😂
Who let this case go to court? To court tv? Did they do this just to show how petty people are? It's a knob, order a dang knob and push it on. Service company's do give written estimates. Plaintiff is greedy, selfish, rude. He used the defendant for repairs for 6 years and she's over a dryer knob. Ridiculous.
I watched a case just like this, but on judge Judy, and she did not make the guy pay .. she said .. he's not a professional so thats what you have to expect could happen. You want a professional job.. You hire professional. And i kind of agree with that
Was doing some side jobs back in the 90's with a buddy where we would put linoleum in kitchens and bathrooms. Told my wife we have a job it will go quick and should be home by 8:30. We were moving the guys refrigerator and got it caught between the bar counter and wall and knocked off the ice maker. Had to go all over town and found one and it was a pain getting it repair and back in place and got home at 4:30 am in morning. Bottom line is if you break it you own it, fix it.
7:31 I actually always use high heat to dry my clothes, it was an accident and the guy was waiting on the parts to come in the mail, plaintiffs are making way too big a deal about an accident for something little.
Idk, I'm seeing Doc Ock from Spider Man 2 outta the plantiff, though. I forgot the actor's name, but he looks like that guy - maybe just with darker skin.
Stupid lawsuit. Defendant is lame for just not fixing the damn knob and allowing this case to go to court. Plaintiff could have also just fixed the damn thing and let it go, not worth going to court over
Lord, I've been there! It is difficult to say the least the reattach the dryer vent. If you pull the dryer out you might not have the length of vent hose to connect it. In other words it's a very difficult job to do if there's no space around the dryer. Poor Guy!
Oh come on JM. I understood how the guy climbed over the dryer in the first five seconds. Why is it being so difficult for her to get it? Besides, the plaintiff is nuts! Getting replacement parts for old machines is next to impossible. It was an accident, get over it!
I don't have a huge laundry room. Half of this room is used for storage since I don't have a basement. If my washer or dryer needs repair or replacement, my kids and I empty the room so the technicians or delivery people are able to completely move freely around the appliances.
Seems like Douglas has memorized his line..., "It's time for a little rough justice." 🤭 Other than that, I believe that his buckle breaking the buttons was an accident. The negligence was him not paying for it.
Judge Milian was it really necessary to go through all of that, in order to determine how that irresponsible repair man, damaged the plaintiffs equipment, DOING WAY TO MUCH SMH 💯
Plaintiff is a complete Nervous Norvous with fake blindness to get some extra attention. When the Judge called up his wife, the fake shades for his fake condition came off immediately. I feel sorry for his wife. She has to deal with this ALL the time. I do not understand the attraction unless he is a Trust Fund Baby without enough to do in his life. Personally, I would have given him 50 cents.
If the defendants wife was sick of getting calls at work, she should’ve ordered the parts and sent her husband over there to fix them. That’s what I would’ve done.
I don’t understand how people, including JM, doesn’t comprehend you cannot have the dryer moved out from its spot once the vent hose is connected to the house. It only reaches so far. You have to climb behind it while it’s in place or it will disconnect again. Seems like common sense to me, but maybe not. 😂😂
She's asking really dumb questions just a short time in and not letting either of them answer questions she's asking. Further who does this guy think he's fooling with that Uncle fester wig?
Plaintiff looks like comedian Paul Reiser... maybe not so much with the sunglasses, though. Hey, and if I'm wrong or slightly off, don't blame me. I'm an insomniac, soooo, living on 3 or 4 hours of sleep per day really gets to a person after a while. 😢... 😅... 😂😂😂
The reason you don't hear much about belts messing up knobs on washing machines is because in most cases people are not trying to climb over them at I'm assuming 65 to 70 years of age not very agile lol no shade
The plaintiff is an impatient snivler, and his eyes magically got better. 😂
Once the wife was called up, plaintiff's eyes were healed! lol
Plaintiff all of sudden has his eyes cured
EXACTLY!!!!
To call someones job and speak to their co workers about a personal dispute is crazy and petty
Especially when she had NOTHING to do with it.
The knob on my dryer broke off so we use pliers to turn the dryer settings lol.
❤
The plaintiff eyes mysteriously healed, the more aggravated he got 😂
😂😂😂 girl yeah! I thought the same thing!
lmaooooo
I said uh oh he came out the glasses
😂😂😂
For real.....
Plaintiff just seems shady and annoying.

Two years later... come on.
Was doing some side jobs back in the 90's with a buddy where we would put linoleum in kitchens and bathrooms. Told my wife we have a job it will go quick and should be home by 8:30. He was perfect until this one time!! Then I let him have it. Says the plaintiff. Hey Mr. P, buy the knobs yourself and find a new handyman.
Vent dryer🤔Dryer vent 😉👍 😂
7:31 I actually always use high heat to dry my clothes, it was an accident and the guy was waiting on the parts to come in the mail, plaintiffs are making way too big a deal about an accident for something little.
Defendant should have given him the knobs and next time Plaintiff calls for repairs say he’s too busy or raise the rate so he calls someone else.
Yes
The defendant looks like a pleasantly plump Alex Trebek 😊 R.I.P.
Kinda, lol
Idk, I'm seeing Doc Ock from Spider Man 2 outta the plantiff, though. I forgot the actor's name, but he looks like that guy - maybe just with darker skin.
How do these petty, low cases get put on tv. A waste of time
Dryer? I hardly knew her! Merry Christmas everyone
Perfect! 😂
Merry Christmas and a grand 2025. 🎉
😂 Perfect!
And a Prosperous New Year to you. 🎉
The plaintiff is petty for filing this lawsuit lol the defendant was going above and beyond for free for the wrong customer.
The plaintiff could have walked straight off the set of Sopranos.
Am I the only one pointing out the uncle fester wig?
😂😅😂
I wouldn't work for them ever again
Plaintiff & Defendant are both beyond petty 🤦♂️
Stupid lawsuit. Defendant is lame for just not fixing the damn knob and allowing this case to go to court. Plaintiff could have also just fixed the damn thing and let it go, not worth going to court over
Petty petty little man.
Calling her job unnecessary. If you plan on suing him leave his wife out of it
Lord, I've been there! It is difficult to say the least the reattach the dryer vent. If you pull the dryer out you might not have the length of vent hose to connect it. In other words it's a very difficult job to do if there's no space around the dryer. Poor Guy!
LololoL 13:04 she wanted to say "flapping his gums" so bad
ridiculous
This is totally unnecessary.
I low-key kinda like it when Douglas says "rough justice" 😆
Knobs worth about $10 each
Chances are the defendant will fix the stupid knob and the whole contraption will breakdown. It's a ten years old! 🤣🤣🤣
I had a dryer that was over 40 years old and still working
Happy Thursday everyone ☃️🎄
Happy Thursday to you too😊
Knobs are only like 30 bucs and plaintiff suing for over 300 cause he wants a Co. To install it when all you gotta do is push it in. 🤦♂️
Even if these were "miracle glasses", the guy still looks like a mob leader. :P
They do look good with his suit.
It's the really bad wig
Oh come on JM. I understood how the guy climbed over the dryer in the first five seconds. Why is it being so difficult for her to get it? Besides, the plaintiff is nuts! Getting replacement parts for old machines is next to impossible. It was an accident, get over it!

"As you can see he's a large man" .... 🤨🧐 I thought you couldn't see?
Seems like Douglas has memorized his line..., "It's time for a little rough justice." 🤭
Other than that, I believe that his buckle breaking the buttons was an accident. The negligence was him not paying for it.
Clown 1 vs Clown 2
Plaintiff's wig is totally believable.
Shadier than his glasses!
It was not deliberately done and he shouldn't have to pay.
This two husband and wife what I cry babies😅😅😅😅
How stupid is this judge talking for 20 minutes on how he got behind the dryer oh my God
Rotondi is delusional. 10 year old dryer is worth '$0"..
If you have a 10- year old dryer still working these days, you need to sell TICKETS so people can watch it run!😅😅
@@MommeeMadre1 Simpsons as always comes through with a clip th-cam.com/video/auh90lGnvHw/w-d-xo.html
sunglasses indoors says it all
Judge Milian was it really necessary to go through all of that, in order to determine how that irresponsible repair man, damaged the plaintiffs equipment, DOING WAY TO MUCH SMH 💯
I agree

Doesn’t she know how a dryer operates? I guess she’s a millionaire
If the defendants wife was sick of getting calls at work, she should’ve ordered the parts and sent her husband over there to fix them. That’s what I would’ve done.
THIS! 😊🎉

0:04 Are you allowed to say “snag some knobs” on TV?
🙄
Stupid case, greedy defendant. Sheesh 🙄
Wooooo-Hooooo!! The DEFENDANT WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wooooo-Hooooo! You're wrong!
😂😂😂
First🎉 hey pc family ❤
Was the defendant licking his lips because of a substance abuse problem. His mouth looked as if he had a few teeth missing 🤔
The wife had messed up teeth too
Plaintiiff is the type of guy that NOBODY would want to stay friends with
