- Hayden Panettiere began her career as a child actor and starred in movies like Message in a Bottle and Remember the Titans, and she transitioned seamlessly into more adult roles in movies like I Love You, Beth Cooper and Scream 4.
However, she will always be remembered for her starring roles as Claire Bennet on the superhero series Heroes and Juliette Barnes on the musical drama Nashville.

I live in the Nashville area. Most stars are given their space here. We are very protective of their privacy. The ones who are usually taking photos etc. are tourists! Glad she is here and hope she continues her journey of finding herself and supporting her causes.

I've always been a fan of her, and I'm glad that she was able to get out of that abusive relationship, and worked through her depression. She always seemed like such a wonderful person, who genuinely cared. I'm glad she's seemingly enjoying her hiatus, that she absolutely deserves.

Wow, I'm glad I clicked on this video. I don't usually take too much time to "get to know" celebrities by watching this type of video, but I do now and then when it's someone I deem "unforgettable" - which she was in Heroes. Anyway, she seems like an amazing human being with well-deserved success. She's the type of "celebrity" that is worth celebrating. Kudos to her.

That is not a voiceover. A voiceover is voice without an accompanying image of the speaker. Like a narrator.

@@fordhouse8b You are right, Until Dawn wasn't a Voiceover, she acted in that game. The game was entirely made with mocap.
Once you’re on the downside of your career it’s nice to go someplace where you’re not reminded every day of what you used to be. And celebrities can be hurt by that sort of recognition based in the past, if that’s all they get anymore. But eventually we all come to appreciate being remembered at all.
Think it would have been more useful to point out that Heroes tanked largely due to the change in writers because of the screen writer's guild strike. You can practically pick out the exact episode in the second season where they ran out of script written by the original writers and started using some second string people with no understanding of the property. The show goes to utter crap in the span of an episode. Lot of great shows and careers tanked because of that strike.
Exactly. It was a perfect storm really. There were high hopes for the 2nd season of Heroes but when the writers went on strike, the show bombed. I was mad, that show had a lot of potential.

This video is a little redundant as an entire plotline of her character in the Nashville TV series was pretty much based on the real reason she is much diminished in Hollywood.
Think she was at her best in Until Dawn. So glad she, like Megan Fox, stepped away from the toxic eye candy role she was seemingly forced into.

She has a wholesome charm that is very endearing, and is of course very pretty and well known and apparently well-liked. I'm sure she can come back into a successful career whenever she feels like it, at least for a good few years still.
I remember her in Malcolm in The Middle as the babysitter who could outsmart Malcolm.
Hayden is now a mom & walking away from an industry that kept stereotyping her as a forever juvenile princess 👸, is a great sense of self value she can teach her children. The acting bug is an itch few can ignore & live a wonderful life. I still remember her in Remember the Titans as that little girl with great football knowledge. Tellingly her daughter does not live with her and she only visits her occasionally. Also, Nashville is the musical heart of the US and full of performers.

That game had such an interesting story & the characters were actually fun to watch & play. I’m glad you mentioned it because I was so adamant about saving her.... until I had to choose between her & the guy I called “Ash Williams Jr.” I chose him. He was awesome. She was awesome, too. Rami Malek was incredibly awesome. Everyone was awesome....

She is a good actress, not just eye candy. I can't say that I saw all of her work, but what I did see, she was good. And her performance as Sheryl Yoast in Remember The Titans was done brilliantly.

I'm glad to hear that while surviving the difficulties she has had to endure, as mentioned in clip, she overcame much more than that. She kept her head up and didn't fall into the cycle that many actors, especially young ones, get involved with causing a downward spiral. The best of luck to her and all her endeavors.

She was literally my childhood. I remember when she was everywhere in the 2000’s. I’m watching Hero’s on Amazon Prime right now and of course she plays the best and most important character in the show. ❤️
I'm glad she spoke out against domestic abuse in general, and not just against women by men. Because it does happen to men and women, by men and women.
After everything she went through, I'm glad she took the time to heal out of the public eye. I was sad to not hear much about her, but it was important for her to stay private as long as she did. I really admire her for making herself her first priority.
I did still get excited when news arose of her supposedly coming back. I love her as an actress, a singer, and a person over all. She truly does have a lot of talent, and if she decides to return to acting, I can't wait to see what she may have in store (and I still hold hope that she may also get a chance to return to Kingdom Hearts as Kairi; she truly does have the voice of a badass princess). I do also wish she could be given another chance at a singing career, though. I did not expect her to be a great singer (all of her Disney and Nashville songs are fantastic), and it is a shame she couldn't have the singing career she wanted.

@@gregdiaz3217 actually her character was well received from Scream fans. We never see her dying on screen we should assume that she’s dead. There were plans to bring her back to Scream 5 back in 2011.
Wes Craven wanted Kirby (Hayden) to survive and had written her character to come back, I think they should bring her back in respect of Craven.

I've been watching her since I was a 10yr old kid in the mid 2000s, you would with think she is old in her 40s but she just turned 31.
I was shocked when I looked her up and found out she was only 7 years older than me. She was a teenager in the mid 2000’s. I thought she was an adult playing a teenager but she actually was a teenager.

Bingo. Thing is she will probably return to acting even if she doesn't have to and she might even sing a few soundtracks. Singing soundtracks is probably a great way of making income, even becoming financially independent if the contract is not too bad. Basically, she's set up for life.

First time I remember her was in Mel Gibson's Patriot. She has a very specific run. You can see it in both the patriot and Heros.

heroes season 2 was massively hurt by the writers strike, but the real reason the show suffered was because they broke the foreshadowing of the first season & started using a changed timeline. overall you have to remember that this show came from the people that made crossing jordan, so it was kinda a lucky hit that things just came together so well in season 1.
