Love Swan Teal, on one of her Shadow Work videos she said while talking to a young man during a movie which character do you like best....well I thought this is wise...what shifts your personality into change....Shadow Work works but EFT Tapping even works better..feel the unwanted emotions and Tap away the negative emotions....
