We have a local lady who is 105 and still dances, slow waltz only though. Another man was rock n rolling at 100 - heaps of my senior friends are still burning up the dance floor and have no intention to stop.

This is how they stay young and fit. I danced competitive ballroom in the 80's as a teen, and jiving is a very difficult dance. It's high energy, fast and takes a great deal of body and foot control. They make it look easy, and it's not!
