Watch how this Palladium salsa/mambo dance legend shocks everyone in Helsinki with her dance skills ;).
Palladium Nights were started in Helsinki to honor the rich and fascinating history of the Palladium Club, which in the 1950's became a legendary mambo and salsa club that became famous around the world. The idea is to keep the spirit and love of mambo and salsa dancing and music alive. What was started in New York at the Palladium Club in the hearts, minds, and bodies of those musicians and dancers at the time has carried on to make salsa and mambo music and dance now famous around the world.
WOW, I can't imagine doing the dancing that woman did at ANY AGE!!! Inspiring for sure....and her partner is realllly good too......Thank You!!

Older people dancing is so wholesome, it makes me smile to watch my older friend (109) and her husband (107) dancing around.
Great fun. I've been dancing for 50 years, my morning exercise is doing the james brown minus the splits. I love the latin dancers. Screw the gym, make up ur own dance . 15 minutes of kickin up ur heals ,getting the heart pumping is amazing

I am 71 and still love to dance…in fact in stores when they play nice songs it’s hard for me not to dance..ha ha…
She is fantastic it just shows you that dancing is a great form of fitness. Even before covid our dance halls have disappeared please open them up again. A great way of socialising and keeping that waistline in trim and the heart pumping.
Now, you go to a gym boring!!! However there are different classes available but it's not the same .We didn't have all the gadgets and were more social creatures. I danced all the time and never had an overweight problem.Dancing builds muscle and burns calories along with stress.I find it therapeutic.😋

I knew she was much younger than 92 at 1st glance, in the cab. Even her voice gave it away. Now if she can do that as well when she's ACTUALLY 92 then it'll be a spectacular show.

She's actually a young lady who had a mask & special makeup put on to look like an old woman! I'd like to have just the opposite done on ME! But, I'd dance like an old lady bc I AM!😊😒

My husband and I are 71 and we will tell you, the best way to make pain disappear is to dance. The endorphins kick in and you are pain free while you are dancing and for several hours afterwards. The more you move the better you will feel.

I would prefer it if you just showed dancing of real elderly women & men because they are out there in real life. Don't need to fake anybody out about it. There are many to choose from to; it is completely normal to continue to dance into late age, my Mother danced at age 99 and she was really very good. I dance all the time and my hair is silver. I just got a gift that is inscribed "Keep on Dancing you Lovely Silver Haired Lady..."

I agree with you. How anyone would think u could spin or twirl a 90 plus year old around is ignorant. As we age,even if we take vitamin D & calcium. Our bones lose strength & break easily. They should just perform & not try to fool anyone. Happy Thanksgiving 😊

I Loved every minute of this. I knew she was in disguise from the moment I saw her face & then heard her voice. BUT regardless the joy that ppl had their face. And the joy I'm feeling right now. It's just extraordinary and beautiful! It's a reminder that we should never dismiss the seasoned saints. Because they did it 1st.. They are beautiful dance partners. I really hope to see more of their videos. I would love to see her dance again. She would be dressed as the 92 yrs old dancing queen! Just awesome!! 💜🦋🦋💜

I'm a real one.. only in 70's. A body that still makes the young jealous, ex-gymnast pretty supple n can dance all dances since 50's. My beef is no one bothers to discover just how awesome we can be.. no technos round us up for a flashdance, and I've recently learnt to moonwalk. No young even turn up to my oldies flats

Hi it's great that you're 75 do you still dance? I don't know if you've ever watched a show on TH-cam called Britain's got talent but there was a 80 I believe she was 80 or maybe 90 who did a tango and surprised the heck out of the judges because they started out really slow and then all of a sudden she's being flipped in the air and doing all the professional ballroom dancing stuff that people do and she was very good and she actually got the golden buzzer and when they had Britain's got talent the champions which was the best of the best of over the years the most popular people she was one of them and she was 95 at the time or 85 I can't remember her age darn it but she is fantastic. I actually think she was 80 when she first started and when she did the champions she was 85. I've also seen a video of a couple who were in their seventies who were at their prime during world war II with the Bebop style of dance and they were incredible. I want to be like that when I get to be that age. of course I don't know how to dance like that now so I'm going to have to take lessons when I retire. LOL anyway I'm glad you enjoyed this video

You can use the TH-cam search to find it. I really thought you would enjoy it a lot because she's really an old person not a pretend old person and there are quite a few videos of her and I thought since you love to dance and you're 75 and you liked this video thought you would like to see someone who was actually truly old not made up to be old who can really do it. I’m 70 and might not do the tricks but I still will dance and out dance lots of the young people any day . I love to dance and I’ll dance merengue, salsa, bachata, tango,vals etc., hopefully until the day I die!👍😘
