He's wht he doesn't know how to clean himself. Mild form of sand paper? Wtf???? A wet wash cloth is not sand paper. If you use a wash cloth you final wash it with soap and water before you let it are dry. His nasty azz is acting like you leave dirt, soap and debris in your wash cloth. How ridiculous.

Wait, people reuse wash clothes without washing them between showers ?

I would always rinse my washcloths with almost scalding hot water. Wring it dry I know it's not perfect and will still harbor bacteria. But I never let it sit. Un-rinsed. And barsoap unless kept almost perfectly dry we'll grow bacteria in any parts that remain in contact with water and make that weird soft goopy texture. I'm not sure what cleansers are supposed to be used on the body but but most of us just buy what's in the store which is detergent based soap and the cheapest stuff tends to be the most drying of the skin. I stopped using bar soaps because I didn't like the way my skin felt. And I had complaints from several intimate interactions about the taste they leave behind. I now use natural soap in liquid form with a lather thingy that I spray 90% alcohol or concentrated pool bleach on every few days. I rinse before the next use.

agree woth what hes saying. its a similar principle to people only washing their hair a few times a week, because it doesnt damage it as much. But still I use a washcloth just when you are washing your butt and armpits, and then just use a facewash

Just don't use soap in your butt. Too harsh. Just rinse with shower head. This is per my proctologist.

Wash cloths are good for getting oils off of the skin. Some oils require friction to get off completely, especially from working in a garden or outside in general.

You're supposed to change your washcloth every day, they aren't that abrasive, and you need to wash your perineum and feet so why contaminate your hands when you're going to be touching your face again in a few moments to dry it or apply aftershave/moisturizer/astringent or touch anything else in the bathroom.
No rectum is ever truly sanitized.

It concerns me this doctor is implying you are washing your skin every day when he talked about daily washcloth use. If there isn't dirt on your arm, you shouldn't be putting a cleanser on your skin every day unless it is dirty. That's just going to dry out your skin. For a normal daily shower, hit the crevasses/skin folds and dirty parts. Then maybe 2 times a week do your whole body to remove dead skin.

Well, my granny lived until she was 94 and she had beautiful skin and she said use a washcloth, so that’s what I’m using. Im just supposed to put my bare hands up the crack of my butt and you worried about bacteria on a washcloth-and I’m bathing with antibacterial soap? This is why guys are not washing their cracks😳.
