This practical leash is inspired by popular macramé style, but it’s 100% crocheted with cord. Using hardier macramé cord provides more strength and less stretch than regular yarn.
The leash can be made in two sizes to accommodate all your furry friends, whether they’re lap dogs or cuddly bears. To change sizes, only alter the weight of the cord and hook size. The pattern instructions remain the same for either size.

Possibly. I would be concerned about it stretching too much. Another option could be paracord
