A complete course for Individuals, learning the Olympic Snatch technique, broken down into simple step by step lessons, which provide lifters with tips, drills and advice that has been tested and proven to work >>> bit.ly/2PQcoGH
Just came here to watch the video (very good one) and congrat Anton for his gold medal in the European Championship!!!! Such a pitty he didn't get that last lift but still world class lifting!!
Great vídeo, is amazing vídeo.please keep uploading this type of content, it is very useful for those of us who are polishing technique and at the same time have a broader vision of weightlifting
*25K views* No big deal: Former WL Olympic champion chats about snatch in tiniest details with _very possibly_ future one. ARE YOU F**KING KIDDING ME?! that's gem.
Are these much more suitable techniques (in general, not athlete by athlete) for taller lifters? Like compared to say how Gabriel Sincraian lifts with shocking speed, he just appears under the bar in a flash. But it doesn't feel like it's easy for someone with long femurs and so on.
Hey Torokhtiy team, contact me if you need any help with the translation! I speak good Russian and have excellent English (and decent understanding of weightlifting)
I love this content. Someone call klokov and this is my dream video. BUT maybe its the translation but I feel triggered about the straps. Im an amateur, and I didn't know the difference between the connected straps and doubles? only reason I bought his straps are cuz he uses them in his videos... good enough for him good enough for me - then he talks shit about them lol
Ukrainian/Georgian schools? Or perhaps natives could clarify if we are okay referring to the old Soviet school? Was Russia the primary contributor to the Soviet success in weightlifting? I honestly don't know.
Georgians and Russians are brothers. Geopolitical interests tried to divide them, because Western Empires always operate in that fashion “Divide and Rule”. But Georgia and Russia are in many ways the same

Dang love these videos, you can tell theyre great content, but we need some English subtitles
just turn on the closed captions (cc) and it is a good translation.
@@santacruz59 dude I tried but somehow theyre not coming up for me
Niceeee, Thanks alot!!!!
'Press the blades to the ribs', what does this mean please? Plesnoi says at 14.02
He means blade bone, scapula. Or try to find

I have hit my nose, forehead (have scar now lol), and chin.
So I covered all the bases lol

)))
Please subt in spanish
Thank you

Anton has better tech than Klokov. Klokov has good tech but is really strong. I would listen to pliesnoi and torokhtiy

Take book of history
It looks funny because they are both Ukrainian
Anton is actually Ukrainian he just moved Georgia because he had better opportunities there as a lifter
