Are these much more suitable techniques (in general, not athlete by athlete) for taller lifters? Like compared to say how Gabriel Sincraian lifts with shocking speed, he just appears under the bar in a flash. But it doesn't feel like it's easy for someone with long femurs and so on.

С прижатыми лопатками, как у сонивебстера, штангу назад не скинешь, плечи не провернешь. Лично я чуть не вывереул. До этого видео пробовал и так и этак, все не мог понять как правильно.
