- The best beach carnival in the world is in Rio de Janeiro, on Leblon beach. I don't need to write much to explain this, you can see it in the video. People flocked to the beach to celebrate the carnival party in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for the second time this year.
That's right, the second carnival of the year. The Brazilian people are very inventive when it comes to celebrating and they know how few people in the world enjoy this moment!
Street blocks are still not allowed due to Covid restriction, but you know, people go out of their way for a little revelry and we have it in other videos.
