Thank you for saving me from having to watch this whole video because this A-Hole doesn't know how to put titled down right. I am already pissed off enough because I have the exact same model that he is showing and it's only 7 months old, I was hoping I could get it fixed, this is my 2nd Keurig, there will not be a frigging 3rd. Keurig is a piece of crap no matter what 1 you buy.

After having a single Kcup maker for years we craved a pot being made on the weekends. Researched a bunch of models and choose this one. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxL8yFdHfPF4ObeIwJ5JdM3i_9XLnbjUC2 We love it! We wanted a water reservoir for the single cup so we didn’t have to pour water in every cup but the other models it fed the water to the coffee pot to so by the time we made one pot we’d have no water left. This model has the traditional pour in feature for the pot and the reservoir for the cup which works great for us. Love how there is a bunch of holes pouring the water over the coffee, makes it taste much better. Only drawback I have is the way the lid is angled on the pot section it’s hard to get the last bit of water out of the pot into the machine without it spilling somewhere else.

Calling customer service is a joke. The lady acted like it was my fault and there was a language barrier that was a pain. They are sending me a replacement part. We will see if it works.
Mine was out of warranty. They offered 20% off a new one but I pushed them for unsatisfied customer for a year and a half old coffee maker. They wanted to have me speak to corporate but I declined and pushed a little more. We agreed on 50% off any Keurig so I’m definitely gonna take advantage and buy the Keurig K155 Office pro which is regular priced at $294 but I’ll pay only half with free shipping too :)

Oh my God buddy, at 1st I thought no way this is going to work, they are not going to just ship me a new one, well I called Keurig and I explained to them what was going on, and after a few minutes of going back-and-forth they are sending me a brand new one!!! SO A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO YOU!!! Edit The only thing I had to do was give them the serial number on the back of the model and they could tell by the serial number that it was a relatively new one, and that's how easy it was.😉😉😉

Oh goodness... love it. This should seem like the most obvious, but I admit, I've also been scouring the internet trying to find a way to fix my coffee maker without having to throw it out. Luckily we had our old coffee maker in storage, but I would prefer to have the my Keurig working. It's less than 2 yrs. old, compared to our old coffee maker which is close to 10 yrs. old.
I haven't bothered calling yet but mine is also 2 years so I figured it was beyond warranty. Sucks. Shaking it upside down and hitting it did make it work again, but probably not for long

Try this: 1- After placing a large cup beneath the cup dispenser, push the oz button 2- After you push the oz button, then push both the 8 AND 10 buttons at the same time for 1 or 2 seconds This actually worked for me and I am guessing it will work for you too.
I'm on my third Keurig replacement. They just stop brewing. I call the company and a new one arrives. I'll be calling tomorrow to see if I can get a 4th. The only we're using now is only 3 months old.

About to call them for mine. It’ll be the third one they’ve sent me. They all last less then a year before doing this. I regularly change water filter and do a cleaning with their solution.
Ours was a different hose, bottom one that an end deteriorated and fell apart. Still had to tear the whole thing apart to change. Our upper hose was a two part and no clamp, so we figured a fix and mod using heat or glue at the factory. Still have to fill and run to find the leak. We replaced hose and clamps. I would say these expensive machines are only good for a year without fixing all the hoses.
People would be amazed about what can happen if you contact the manufacturer, be polite, and actually work with them. Most of the time they want to help you.
Only problem is that the new one you get will do the same thing in a few months and then they won't assist anymore and you end up having to buy a new machine anyway. Which is exactly what happened to me.

This was stupid!! Why, because we have done the same thing and now on our THIRD replacement. Yes, they send you new ones but why do we have to go through that. Going to try a different brand now.
My pod side quit working after a few months carafe side works, everything is clean/descaled but also when using k cup side water comes out of dispenser on carafe side. Its like my pump for pods doesn't have enough pressure... im lost
Remove the 2 screws under the pod cover that secure the cover. Slide the cover out towards the front. Try to make a pod (cup) of coffee. While the pump is trying to pump - squeeze the flexible section (it's on top), [YOU CAN SEE THE CHECK VALVE INSIDE IT]. YOUR CHECK VALVE IS/WAS THE CULPRIT. JonJon in St Pete FLA

Keurig’s suck… mine was a Christmas gift… just over a year later… it quit working… they offer me 20% off a new one, then 50% off… why would I buy a new machine from Keurig that’s made to last just past the warranty… never Keurig… never again…
After the one year warranty you will not get a replacement. Only a discount on purchasing a new one. This is the second one I’ve had that crapped out. Keurig has low quality products or planned obsolescence and I will not buy one ever again.
It's all good till it happens again a few months later. I believe this design is faulty. I had my other keurig for 6 years with very little issues. I called tech support and had the same experience. They sent a new one and now it's acting up again. Definitely won't buy another k duo again

Not always, same here. Offered 20% than 50% off. Ours would be 2 years old this May 2024. Not as good as they use to be.

But you gotta send the Old one back to them. Unplug it for 30 minutes run. Some vinegar through it and you'll be as good as new. No tools required.
