- Follow me, Ashley and Soraya as we take you on a tour of some of our favorite things to do all within the one block radius of our shop! We take a stroll through the weekend Greenpoint Terminal Market, point out some of our favorite places to stop for snacks and plants for the shop, walk along the water at Transmitter Park, and make a pit stop at our daily coffee shop! This was brilliant! Ya'all are so cute and so fun to watch and I feel like I'm hanging with friends! I can't wait to come visit and now I know all the other local haunts!! the plant store looked amazing! I might even be able to get my husband to come with me, he's a big plant guy.
I enjoyed that a lot. Great idea to show us around your neighborhood! I had to laugh...I was born in Brooklyn and lived there as a child, and now live out in the country. This video reminds me that people in the city say "left" and "right," while people in the country seem to use compass points...you go west, south, etc. Took me years to get used to that. 😄 Anyway, enjoy your charming neighborhood and thanks for sharing it!

@@Yoseka Ha ha! Yes, people here give directions by saying "go north," etc., and before GPS, I'd always have to ask "is that a right or a left?" 😏 Now I have a built-in compass in the rear view mirror of my car and I use it all the time!
Since I am coming to Brooklyn this year specifically to start a Translantic on the Queen Mary II I am also planning to come to Yoseka. It is a delight to know a little bit more about the neighborhood...
