Thanks for the video Lofty. New sub, liked your style. Smaller bloke here only 6 feet and Multi V4s owner. Have to check out the GSA since we have to dance with all the ladies out there 😅 Like the idea of the shaft drive and not having to do chain cleaning and maintenance. GS 1300 felt like a 750cc bike, didn’t like it at all. Cheers
@@theloftybiker3090Economical surely. I am wondering from the power perspective. The V4s is a very engaging, comfortable and entertaining bike to ride fast. Any long time biker's whining and griping about the ASA just wind your necks in and go and test it with head cleared of preconceived ideas! The ASA is amazing in auto or manual mode! Just sublime be it slow medium or full on scratching at speed! The tank cuubyhole takes most phones and has a charging port! Brakes are Brembo(they are marked Brembo on the inside). There are plenty of bikes that cost 30k+ that are ridden by average not wealthy people! Some will always buy Brand Accesories! Within the next few months you can be sure that plenty of bike accessory manufacturer's will be offering luggage and protection gear for the new GSA at a fraction of the BMW price.

I think the single biggest issue for this type of bike is price. “Averagely” spec with full luggage is £23k plus. No doubt a cracking machine but is simply too much.
It's a big bike, so lofty it's definitely you. Now to me it looks as though its been on a whole bottle of ugly pills and it's price is mouthwatering but adventure bikes aren't really my scene.
