Yup and making something look good doesn't equal making something vague/blurry, you can't even tell the car he's driving is a porsche because the letters are in the depth of field.
I think the reason for blur is so that when you move around you won't notice that some textures are low quality
Motion blur is something console games came up with to make up for the fact that 30 fps is dreadful

It's not working.
When I click on GTA to get into the game, it simply do not run. The screen turns black and then gets back to desktop, without entering the game.
Please, any tip for it? I heard about the D3D9.Dll file or something like that. (My PC runs GTA with ENB, I used this mod since 2012, but I stoped playing for a while and now I am trying to play again).
