I noticed Lead source is not on your form, but is on the zoho field. How did you map the field from one that doesn't exist?
Good observation! The Lead Source field is hidden. When building your forms, you have an option to hide fields and enter/pass the value you want. You still map it to the respective field in the CRM under the integration section, but the user cannot see the field on the front end.
