Thank you for the Guide! I just got a S-22PRO and this happened the first time a went on a trail at 36 miles. You make it look easy and i feel confident doing it myself.
I fixed the same issue on my S20 (1st generation S22). I didn't need to separate the barings from the covers. Just the glue between the hub and the inner race. I also pinned the stator while I had it open (gen-1 had stator slip issue).
This is an underrated video. Thanks for taking the time to make it and be as detailed as you were. Maybe one day we can purchase an EUC with proper QC! 😂
the newer s18 wheels have the same motor setup as the s22, same bearings. I had to replace my first gen motor and the new one has this issue. QC is a mistery to kingsong lol...
I literally have the same damn Issue but on a V12 HS I had no damn clue whats going on but its at a point where its literally louder than a 2 Stroke Motorbike

it will be "nice" to open motor deck second time with such amount of silicone... wouldnt simple greese not enough to seal it?
Riders ride in the rain, even in the dry puddles happen. The wheel needs some decent waterproofing.
