Bit late as viewing today as i said on the stream but one tip is to steal opponents monster with GE Cipher Dragon then go into X Cipher to stop opponent getting their monster back at the end of the turn. Not sure if it works with Neo Cipher though. An up to date version would be good at some point.
Love the deck! It's hard to find cipher profiles these days tbh as its a kinda slow deck. I usually use it as a go second build and also use a Mekk Knight package.
