Beautiful lovely plan. I have done a similar project in April 2022 up to wall plate but your cost is a little bit high....should be in the region of $6000 to $7000 max.
@@santaanne8340 No.Slab was not part of the cost.If your figures includes slab/floor then that is a reasonably efficient cost.I thought you were giving the figures in phases of foundation/slab,then lifting the wall to wall plate,then next is roofing...so it's all marvellously good then.🙂
Yes. The floor is complete as well. And we expected it at 9000USD but this is the time the fuel crisis really hit badly and prices were extreme and we wished we had done it earlier. We had 3 engineers but this was the most cost favorable engineer with fair prices. But we didn't compromise quality for cost
Lovely build house… there one thing I’m not sure about outside wall, exterior, it’s would have been nice if the wall was one an a half brick thick wall… The outside brick wall I see is half brick thick, seem a bit weak!! I know you will use sand and cement to plastering the outside wall, which may give a support for wall to stay strong…

tu hzx for sharing but still thé housse has no enough places 🤷non basin for master bedroom and thé corridor is squised ,its not communicating i need a room between two bedroom for storing liké a cave for housse usings ,otherwise i liké thé sight,
They depend like in Gayaza area, between 30m to 40m for one with land title and I saw others between 25 to 35m in Matugga. It all depends within this ranges at least 35 m in a good location with land title
