Excellent tour. For someone to acquire such a property, you should never put your house helper to sleep out of the main house. She/he must take up one of the rooms in the main house. The house helper is actually a very important person who becomes part of your family. That way you treat them better than your family. You will not have any problems. And thanks for quoting prices in our currency.
The house helper sleeps wherever the house owner pleases. Either wirh the kids in the main bedrooms or in the staff quarters. People have different stories and experiences with house helpers. Great suggestion but so everyone does as he pleases in his house.
@@RaeKembabazi I mean most of the people prefer to have more space at the backyard than the front, it's very comfortable for the children to play from the back of the house.
I agree, it's something I've noticed too, big fancy houses with hardly any greenery, the yards are basically just parking space and even that isn't really big
@@ridgefrost the biggest challenge for many residences/houses in Uganda is lack of enough space. I think the minimum space for a house with "enough" green compound should be 25 decimals (100ft x100ft) but the space for this house is only 13 decimals (50ft x 100ft).
Good move: who are the constructors PLEASE?? The quality is getting better, use of material, structural integrity and finish. Good job by the constructor!!
the price should reflect the type of client it is attracting, someone i know with a similar(bigger) home was spending ~1.5mugx a month just for amenities , his home was posted for 4bn tho😂 imagine this, 200k internet, yaka 300k(all those lights and other utilities), 200-300k water, dstv 280k(you cant be frugal on tv after splurging on the house, the bills add up real quick because you have not yet eaten with ur family on top of salaries for staff
@@Myko349 oh dear.. Anyways, like you said, at the end of it all, it always comes down to the type of client. The property is certainly for big earners/spenders.
Usually the basic monthly expenses would be water, electricity and a house help. I would give all that 650k ugx on the very high end. Water 200k (this is a stretch) Electricity 150k House help 300k Total 650k (170 usd) on the high end. The number also depends on how many people are using the house.
The house is ok. But as a designer i would make a few changes such as expansive floor to ceiling windows to let in enough light into the living room kitchen and dining, indoor gardens or just a simple zen garden to bring the natural feel into interior, work on the kitchen colour pallete, introduce window seats in the bedrooms etc....but yeah, thumbs up to the designer of the house, it is just ok.
Thanks for your input. What seems as perfect design to you, may be lacking for someone else. But this flat is perfectly designed for the right person. Feel free to invite me to tour some of the houses you've designed. Would be happy to showcase your work.
Beautiful homes buy i feel as if these homes are over priced. Tell me any one else feels the same or it me or does not understand the pricing of homes in uganda😊
beautiful house but when you walk out of the back door you get hit by a wall!! why not leave some space at the back and add some greenery? the house is like a prison! just walls everywhere
That the other thing I do not like should have a glass entrance to shower. But otherwise nice also. House maid should have one bedroom inside so she feels part of family.
its a nice house but the owner had built it for how many women or wives to marry and how many children to sleep in search a big house too much money spent on it to make it so more nice but sente muzigyawa ezo zemuzimbisa such luxurious houses nti anti
This is a 4 bedroom house for husband, wife and their 3 children. Or 2 children, 1 bedroom for the guests or house maid. There's money in Uganda if you look for it.
These houses are way too expensive for Ugandan standard. Uganda is still a third world country with a GDP of only 40 billion dollars a year, poor infrastructure why would I spend such money in Uganda yet i can get two 3 bed homes in Spain and Portugal or even Morocco........these countries have better infrastructure, security
No bad feeling but the size could be smaller (fewer rooms) to fit the lifestyle of the average Ugandan plus a bonus to rent to locals if one invests in it while working overseas.
@@ikondereagard1887 it's impossible, I have been to Uganda recently in March and whilst in Uganda I popped over to Zanzibar and in February I was in Morocco. Infrastructure in Uganda is at least 50 years behind these countries. Uganda is also a landlocked country that offers functions on debt from the International financial institutions. I travelled through Kampala, poor roads, pollution, dust and you trying to convince diaspora that house is worth over 50 K? 😂😂😂 Only fools would spend that kind of money on a house like that. For 100,000 I can get three storey building with 3 bed apartment on each floor in Morocco, a country with better national infrastructure, better decor , better access to medical care , they have better transportation infrastructure as in 🚆,tram system etc. these are things that matter when investing .My 4bed home in the UK was bought at the same price 5 years ago and you trying to convince me Uganda is better. Maybe you could sell this to someone who is less travelled.

Lovely house, lovely tour, lovely Analysis and description of things, perfect perfect.
All the houses I have seen they don't put much concern about the back yard space yet it's the most important.
What do you mean exactly 🤔? The entire house is perfectly finished.

Hi there, could you make a video showing rent to own properties too?

Very beautiful house my dear, I love your videos ❤.
Woow .. i love this
The master is incredible
Beautiful indeed
That's a good home. Pricing is not as bad too. Well done Rae. I wonder what the recurring cost of maintaining such a home might look like.

Very good house but tye windows need to be taller...also a backyard garden is necessary..25 decimals would be great

Beautiful house 🏠 😍 ❤ 👌
Nice home my 😊 patel family business man Nairobi
GOD IS FAITHFUL
Why are the showers in the floor?
Y'all have to start installing separated shower units in your bathroom designs....I just don't understand.
Lovely house. Unnecessarily expensive though . That land is too small for that price.
You need to plan for those of us who can't afford a billion plus shillings price. Otherwise, appreciate everything. Thank you
Hi, i is nice but am asking a qun do u give even landtitle
Would have been greater seated on 25 decimals
Greater means more money
Price is a stretch. But it's a beautiful house. The kitchen doesn't bring out the luxury out properly for sure
Please work on your sound, headphones can only listen from one side
My sound is perfectly fine. Check your headphones.

First here!❤😅
😂❤
Hi first! Welcome!!!!🙏🏽
Beautiful Beautiful beautiful 😂😂😂
It’s a beautiful house but the showers need cabins around them. It’s not pleasant to bathe while water is splashing and flowing all over the place.
I say the same thing. I just don't understand why nations like India and Africa don't want to install traditional shower units. Much More Sanitary.
That the other thing I do not like should have a glass entrance to shower. But otherwise nice also. House maid should have one bedroom inside so she feels part of family.
Can a non ugandan buy an house in ugandan? Can you also give price in USD ?
Who is the constructor???
If buy or rent houses must be stand alone houses
The stairs are so narrow
Is it still on the mrkt
This house is where in Kampala
It's best to watch the video before asking the questions answered in the video itself.
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 How much in US dollars is the cost ?
