here's the thing for me. I'm fine with swastikas, as long as they are used in a historical context. The nazis did use swastikas, and if you try to remove swastikas from the horrible acts the nazis committed, you remove the meaning behind the swastika. You downplay the severity of the actions as just another military you have to fight. The swastika is a symbol of the horrific things the nazis have done, and without it, you forget who you're fighting and what you're fighting for.

My ideology has changed since I've posted this last comment, and while I still think it's important not to sweep atrocities under the rug, "historical accuracy" should not be used as an excuse to perpetrate hatred. That being said, the original swastika is not a symbol of hatred, and I think I'll be researching more about that.

I love how Smitty trolls teammates for fun/content and the randoms are doing it out of genuine anger/annoyance and the more annoyed they get the more content Smitty gets.

the suburb argument could be defeated by the simple fact of what the word actually is: "suburban" which can be related to "urban" and there for is sub-urb rather than su-burb. of course the really enemy in this situation can be determined by if they say "wash" or "warsh" where an extra R literally stands for riot

To settle this, neither way that they are saying “suburbs” is technically wrong because of the way that english works as a language. Smitty is placing greater stress on the “burbs” part of the word while the others are using a neutral tone throughout the word. As english is not a language like putonghua (mandarin) that requires inflection to give a word its specific meaning and only has connotational and made-up meanings when stress is applied to certain words or syllables, neither way to pronounce it is wrong, Smitty’s way just isn’t the common pronunciation.

Not that anyone cares but smii7ys pronunciation is technically incorrect (if you ignore the whole regional dialect thing) but even the others weren't explaining properly why it was wrong. He wasn't saying s'burbs, he was saying su-burbs, when it should be sub-urbs as a sort of portmanteau of sub-urban. as in a place that is semi urbanized.
