PF2e has better melee combat then DnD5e

Weapons are like spells for melee classes in pathfinder.
Starting with level zero weapons, we get over 50+ unique weapons with some nice skills and abilities.

Keep in mind Concussive only applies to the Ranged attack, the melee attack will always be bludgeoning damage.
