I bought her vintage goblet style drinking glasses from Walmart. One set is pink and the other is a purplish burgundy. They make my heart happy every time I use them!
Oh my! I’ll have to look those up! My grandma had dishes similar to those and she’d let us eat our desserts in them. I want to do something special like that for my kiddos now 🥰 it’s the little things!
It makes me think of my grandmas kitchen, all the color. Love it! And yes, I think her clothing line is a Walmart exclusive. Some pretty pieces that are obviously very affordable!
Wow the cabin was so cool... loved all the wood and stone and arched windows. And the southwest decor was spot on! What an amazing little getaway!!! The town, the shops , ,the restaurants. You did an incredible job showing the feeling and ambirence of the whole experience. I feel like I have been there!!!!!
Gosh! I am SO JEALOUS! One of my FAVORITE places on earth!!!!!! We've been 4 times, and I just can't get enough!!!!! Osage Outfitters is one of our favorite stores!
I want to work there just to smell that leather everyday! Someday maybe I’ll open a boot shop! 🤞😆 It is such a fun trip! Thanks so much for watching! ❤️
hey girl- I really enjoyed the video😀😉 That house y'all stayed in was right up my alley-oh so pretty! I just love the country😁 I visited Pawhuska almost 7 years ago with some church ladies. We stayed in some tents at a local state park- which was really fun😀 and ate at the Merc and looked around- I bought a cookbook and a little ceramic dish with a boxer dog on it. We didn't go up to the bakery- I don't know why🤨I know a lot has changed in Pawhuska since then and I would love to go back again. And Oh ya we didn't drive out to the Lodge either- I would love to visit there😉. Glad y'all had fun and I always enjoy seeing your kiddos. Have a wonderful weekend🥰
You’ll definitely have to visit again then! My husband and I went by ourselves a few years ago and the lodge visit is probably our favorite, just so neat to drive across the expansive ranch land! 🤩 I’m not sure if the bakery was up there are seven years ago? It has changed slightly in the last year with renovations, I know that. I loved to hear about the souvenir that you found. It’s always special having those pieces to remember the trip by! Thank you so much for stopping by!
😆 I was watching my daughter so very carefully to make sure she wasn’t going to break anything lol! I was just a distracted shopper which saved me money I guess! Thank you so much for watching!
I’ve thought that too, how nice to have seasonal crockery but where would I put it all? The last 3 houses we’ve lived in have had small kitchens and low storage. So that’s a ‘maybe later’ for me too ❤
I understand that! I’m also at a stage in life where I feel like I couldn’t handle the extra inventory 😅 Keeping it simple for now but definitely tucking that idea away for someday😉 Thank you for watching and chatting here in the comments! Makes my day!
Just came across your video this was so enjoyable to watch thank you for sharing. What a fun getaway, the cabins are so beautiful. I would Love to visit the pioneer woman lodge and her store someday. 💚
We were in Pawhuska a year ago. I wanted to go see the ranch but my husband said he didn't want to leave our ranch to go see someone else's. Got to stay at the Boarding House so that was cool, and without a reservation.
That’s good to know, I assumed the boarding house was hard to book. And I’m laughing, sounds like a husband answer 😆 I guess their ranch is so different than our pastures here my husband was intrigued AND obviously the ranch house she cooks in was the attraction since we watched her show a lot.
Oh my what a Great tour you gave us. I just came across your channel and had to subscribe. I Loved the cabin your family stayed in it was so roomy. You have a lovely family. Oh i love the pioneer women as i use to watch her cooking show everyday. Her dishes are so Beautiful. I really love here casseroles as nothing sticks in them. Thank you for taking us along with you. So until next time God Bless you and your family and have a Blessed weekend and stay safe my dear and Special utube friends. ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for your kind words and for subscribing! So glad you’re here! ❤️ I used to watch the pioneer woman all the time too, loved her show! Glad you enjoyed the tour! Hope to see you back here again soon!
Nice trip! Love your videos. Yes please make scones. I am an excellent baker but cannot for the life of me make a good scone!! I need a good simple recipe.
I love this video. I have been wanting to go there with my family. I did not know we could tour where she films etc. I also did not realize all of those shops in town. I would love for our family to stay at the B&B. Thank you for your video.
Thanks so much for sharing! I actually live less than an hour and half from Pawhuska. I visited town several years ago. My what an update. If you ever go in the summer time, they have a beautiful waterfall and you can jump from it to a swimming hole below!
Ooh would my family love that! Sounds so fun! I’m sure things have changed a lot in pawhuska! Glad to hear you enjoyed it too! Thanks for chatting in the comments! ❤️😊
Thank you for this video! You did a wonderful job and your family is so great. I'm going to see Pioneer Woman's places in May with my sister. She lives in Topeka and I live in Indiana so I'll be flying to her house and then a road trip!
That sounds so fun!! What great memories you'll be making with your sister this summer! Thanks for watching and I hope you have a wonderful trip to Pawhuska!
I feel like it's fairly reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get! Average $15-20/pp I think (they may have a menu online). You could easily split some of the larger meals, especially by the time you get the biscuits! We took home our leftovers and it pretty much fed us for another meal too! Hope you get to visit someday soon!
I’m sure it changes seasonally and depends on weekdays vs weekends. If you visit that link and look at their calendar for availability it’ll give you the exact totals with tax and everything! ❤️😊 My husband and I like to do things like this for gifts (so this was part of my Christmas gift this year). 🥰

I'd say through the week is generally a less busy time but I'm not 100% sure on that either. The first time we went, it was mid to late august early on a Saturday morning and it wasn't very busy! I think a lot of people are done with summer travels by then and it's before the fall excitement! Hope you can visit soon! :)
I thankfully only saw one comment nodding towards this, but... Ever since the movie "Killers of the Flower Moon" people attack the Pioneer Woman because she is married into the Drummond Family. All of the white business owners during the Osage oil boom when the Osage were the richest people in the world, did that. And here's the darkest truth: YES the Drummond family(Lad's great grandparents) owned the Undertaking parlors, both in Pawhuska and Hominy, and they charged the Osage upwards of 20 thousand dollars for funerals .....so they benefitted and made A LOT of money off of the Osage who were murdered. But none of this is the fault of any of the living Drummond's. And it most definitely isn't the fault of Ree Drummond who married in to the family. Her business was not built on the back of her husband's money. Her business started because of her blog, and it grew into what it is, INDEPENDENTLY. Most of the local Osage LOVE Pioneer Woman and her husband and children. She goes to church with many of them! They brought fame and tourism to Pawhuska and because of that, several local Osage artists have outlets to sell their art that they didn't have before. And the tourism isn't slowing down. In fact, it has increased since the pandemic, and now because of the Killers of the Flower Moon . movie. I hate people saying horrible things about her because of her inlaws past. The Drummond's have given much back, even before Ree was famous. Many Osage have benefitted over the years from the younger generations generosity. This is such a thoughtful response to that negativity! Thank you so much for sharing! I definitely agree and hope that the living Drummonds continue to benefit the local community and share their prosperity. This is a much different generation.
Interesting how people travel to Pawhuska because of the Pioneer Woman and then wonder about the history. Google it. Lol. The cabin and Drummond land was originally Osage tribal land. Sad as a Native to see a missed opportunity to educate children and yourself about the history of a location. It's great what the family has done for the community, but it would be even better to give back to the tribe they swindled the land from.
I didn’t understand why they wouldn’t offer a kids menu. We took a 5 year old and had to order more food than he could possibly eat. Definitely not family friendly.
I was a bit surprised they didn’t have a a couple kids options either! Portions are so large we have quite a bit leftover even with the kids splitting.
