You can make a cable with the proper end for the tb on it that's what I did for my fcr 28. Extended klx cable cut the end off and put a barrel on it. Also if you still have the fmf 4.1 my buddy is looking for one.
If you make a jig for the wiring harness have you considered making a bunch and selling them? Maybe a gas tank kit too for guys that want to do similar builds?
That’s sick. Im planning on putting inverted forks on my 110. What kind of forks are you running?? Or what would you recommend. im struggling to find reliable forks
@@mindfreak9674 depends on the setup. If you’re using electric start or an efi system, you’re going to need something. If you just want the newer plastics, you only need to Move the lower number plate brackets up a bit
I agree it could be better. The larger diameter header is really what I was after, maybe in the future I’ll build a muffler setup similar to the first yoshi that I made for this.
Efi is the only way to go. This bike has a race head, cam, modded intake manifold, big header, etc. Not the most common version of this engine, and the z125s have much less support than the crf110s as far as pre-made ecu maps
Hell yes!!! Sickest build ever! Great video can’t wait for more in the white bike. Stoked to get my 155kit on my 2010 klx
Thanks a lot! I Hope to have some white bike videos coming soon. 155kit makes for a really fun setup, I’m sure you’ll love it 👊
Hell yes! Been a long time coming
YESS! I have been waiting for Along time!! 😂
Bike sounds Awesome!
I think so too! Thank you!

Is that YZ 65 suspension in the front?
That thing is SO MF SICK!!!!!!WHAT????

Run the cable down the other side right side then over it is a shorter radius
Was there a conversion kit for the disc brake for the stock comp?
there are, but TBH, this entire setup is china stuff. China SSR back wheel/brake assembly + a custom brake pedal, and it all works really well
Can we get a parts list for the disc brake conversion
Thing sounds good bro rips
Yo is it possible to run a cluster o a non fuel pump bike?like some kinda universal fuel reader and a magnet speedo for mph?
yes absolutely, check out a company called Trailtech, they make a unit called the Vapor that may meet your needs
What website did you buy the exhaust from

I hear the kx65 are the best
So were frame mods necessary?
Yes, if you are planning on using the oem battery, you’ll need to modify the left side of the subframe
@@EVDMFG What if you were to not use the oem battery?

Those poor forks
I am not a big fan of the rocket ROCKET EXHAUST. It looks a big weird for me

@@EVDMFG I like the yoshi pipes. Its yoshi or pro circuit for me
All i hear is: stock klx110 Sucks
I don't own em, but just hear everybody have to tune and shit to get em right.
