    Thanks for this! Those paces sounds brutal to me. Would you recommend not taking this test if Im only averaging around 7'50 most runs? My most recent 10k time is 1:24. I mostly just want to know things like my vo2 max. I just dont want to get disappointed after doing a brutal test, only for it to not give me the data I want.

      If you are just looking to know your vo2 max there are other ways to estimate it by doing a submaximal test. If you do decide to do the fitness test on coros just make sure you keep doing the test until it tells you to stop, you'll likely get better data from the coros test becuase it's more personal to you. Also, they already will estimate your vo2 max in the app.

    Is there changing HR zone after test?

      You can manually adjust your heart rate zones in the app I believe if that's what you mean. The app will also adjust your heart rate or paces for given heart rates based on if you train more or less
