    Great info man!! How do you deal with freezing when one side is very rigid ??

      Hello! Thank you for the feedback. My best recommendation would be to establish a sound mobility routine that can be done daily to address the more rigid muscles. I'd also suggest adding regular aerobic exercise in the form of cycling (up right or recumbent) or treadmill training to properly warm the muscles up. We have many clients that experience rigidity which exacerbates FOG and they say if they do a short bout of cycling in the morning, it significantly helps!
