HSR actually swaps back and forth between Caelus and Stelle almost every video they appear in, is really nice. We have even gotten promotional material at this point with them both side by side with the rest of the Nameless.
If they didn't clearly have different body language and personalities, I'd by now question whether they're even different people or just code names given to the body templates Kafka selected from. (After all, it's pretty clear your body was rebuilt from scratch at that point.)

The reason they do it while Genshin doesn’t is because Genshin made the mistake of making the canon story that Lumine is the abyss queen. Which was a mistake imo

They have literally stated there is NO canon Traveler, if there were one they wouldn't make us choose between Lumine or Aether and straight up made us just Aether, the reason why they chose Aether as the poster boy is because switching between two characters that exist at the same time while having different roles would be too confusing, ESPECIALLY during lore heavy trailers, like if we saw Lumine being the Abyss Princess in one trailer and then the next lore heavy trailer would have Lumine clutching her head or something we wouldn't be able to tell if she's the abyss twin or the traveler at that moment
The only reason why HSR is able to do this is because Caelus and Stelle are literally the same person just different gender, while Lumine and Aether aren't
I'm glad they decided to stick to just one traveler as a poster child, but mad that it brought so many misconceptions about who the canon Traveler is when it literally depends if you pick Lumine or Aether

47:03 So for Acheron's Myriad Celestia, Acheron was the Wielder of Howl (thunder), and then Origin.
The "White Oni", who has the same voice as Kevin in JP, was the Wielder of End. He was then killed by Acheron during their final battle (and according to End's appearance as a sword, he probably wielded every other sword into him, since you can see their forms in the massive construct).
This is a Kiana-less Mei, that or her Kiana was Frebass, a Nameless you can learn about in the Relic Set "Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters".

Myriad celestia aren’t really character trailers they’re mostly world lore building as an example the first trailer released was the second one you watched and it featured black swan and she released like 9 months after it released, however it introduced the gods of the universe to us and their concepts (btw the finality popped up for a fraction of a second as a minor aeon). The second trailer was kind of a kafka trailer and it did with her but it also introduced alot of things about different worlds and factions. Almost every trailer does the same thing (reveal the character and crucial information about the world) not every character GETS myriad celestia trailer, BUT also some characters break the mold and have the trailer completely about them like Sparkle but for the most part my prior explanation holds true.

The Robot guy is SAM, one of the Stellaron Hunters and iirc, implied on lore to be the first, and the one that got Kafka and Blade on the squad. Probably playable and getting a drip marketing soon, and that carries a giant spoiler with it.
Stay away from Demos, Teasers and Drip Marketing until you get to Penacony 2nd Part. Till there, just a 8ft tall Kamen Rider that nukes cities by hand.
I'm hoping even when that character becomes playable the parts of Penacony that have special relevance will continue to do so. It would be a nice touch.

It's not a Kevin / Dr. Mei thing, it's a Kevin leading World Serpent thing. Remember, PE never had Origin and Finality Herrschers. This is all in reference to Current Era HI3, not Previous Era.
"An End that never existed," she said. There was no one to take the mantel of End (Finality) in her world. No Kiana for this Mei.
They had both. Origin(ego) was Elisia who helpt them. And they fought Finality on the moon but lost that battle. The sentinels in treiler are exactly the same as PE hearshers.
There's some additional info in the captions, unfortunately, so if you don't have them on, you miss some things.
Kafka took control of the Jepella guys when she said "I'm listening," and the guy in the armour is Sam. That's the first time we see him. They really just put everyone else in suits, including Blade and Bronie. That's pretty funny, but damned if they don't look good.

Since Sam doesn’t fit a suit he wears a cape. It usually gets burned really quick on missions for obvious reason.

There isn't much in terms of the character story. Your just jumping planet to plant cause if the over overused amnesiac protagonist. There's alot of background fluff, but most of it doesn't affect us in any way.

IDK if you know exactly what happened in the last trailer, but I'll give a brief explanation for those who want to know. Acheron was the last survivor of her world and killed everyone on the world that her world was at war with. Once everyone was dead Acheron decided to strike the blackhole that both of their worlds were circling. The blackhole detonated and destroyed the two worlds.

_Kyoden_ is pretty crazy, yet for what it reveals, it takes placing or seeing the story to appreciate it. I know Alicia stopped playing _HI3_ , (I've seen many plays of _HI3_ , I don't know why any of them would be copyright claimed, so extremely sorry here. The system is so broken that all the claimant has to do is deny your counterclaim, which is extremely bad, especially if they escalate it to a strike. I can't say I blame you for not wanting to take further risks there, however that shouldn't stop you from enjoying the game, even if only on your own) so my speculation will be below the break, as well as the reasons why I think this way as these are things that came up during gameplay.
Firstly, because the people of Izumo were able to forge the 12 Sentinel / Edict Edge blades themselves, I put this story as being parallel to the ancient, advanced civilization of Mu from Earth's Previous Era. This would mean that _HSR_ 's Hakushin Mei expy is a direct expy of Dr. MEI, not directly of Raiden Mei. So it's also interesting that MEI here is a warrior, not a scientist. Is Izumo's Kevin a researcher instead, or does he fight beside MEI? We don't know.
So just like the Firemoths, Izumo forged powerful weapons, this time in the form of swords, with which to fight the Kamigami, which we can think of as Izumo's Honkai, also being led by Sovereigns, or Herrschers. Izumo first defeated the Sovereign of Truth, and used its remains to forge the sword _Truth_ ... and so on through all *twelve* Sentinels, and their bearers. And while each victory came at a cost, as Kevin says, there was also a time of peace, for celebration. This is something that you can get in the JP version, since the subtitles and description reveals that Izumo broke the Sentinels themselves, since they no longer needed them at the time.
But the Kami of Corruption's influence was felt even after its remains were forged into _Maw_ , and even after it was broken. MEI's fellow-warriors fell to the corruption, turning into zombies, and attacked her. She got back up, and fought back, and Izumo realized their war against the Kami was not yet over. They reforged the 12 broken Sentinels into two blades _and their bearers_ . *Origin* and *End* .
In _HI3_ , Kevin sees the rapid manifestation of the Herrschers, and he steals the Authority of the End from the Cocoon of Finality to prevent an actual Herrscher of the End from manifesting in the Current Era, despite humanity now having a number of Herrschers capable of fighting for them. He then basically trained the Herrscher Trio to defeat him, and for one among them to claim the Authority of Finality herself, after proving she was capable to bear the burden (this is in the PV). Here in _Kyoden_ , I believe we see only _End_ sticking into the ground as a massive sword surrounded by zombies because Izumo's Kevin has also stolen the Authority of the End to prevent a true Kamigami of the End from manifesting. He then waits as _End_ for MEI to come with _Origin_ and defeat him. And then note again that after the clash, not just _End_ , but also _Origin_ is broken, so maybe again Izumo thought they weren't needed anymore.
And it's at this point that I have to point out that MEI of Izumo succeeded where the Firemoths, the Flame-Chasers, even of the current samsara, failed: MEI and her Kevin together defeated Izumo's Herrscher cycle.
But MEI had been fighting for so long, the instinct sunk so deeply within her, that she might have automatically turned to face the next threat: the black sun orbited by the twin planets, Izumo and Takamagahara, drawing them toward itself to be devoured. MEI took the broken blade, _Origin_ , and used her own power to reforge it as _Life_ , and then she slashed at... IX, Aeon of Nihility. But IX is too formless to be cut, and it drew MEI in, changing her to Acheron, and her blade to _Naught_ .
Despite all of this, Acheron still seeks Life and Finality. Maybe in the future she'll find them, but only if she keeps looking.
Also, as a sidenote, if the timelines between Mu and Izumo line up 1:1, then that makes Acheron experientially older than any Flame-Chaser.
As a final note, samsara cycles are something that happen a lot in Mihoyo's games. In the case of _HI3_ , they are on the scale of entire worlds or even universes, and the timeline of Earth's samsaras are at least 50,000 years for the Previous Era (plus anything that came before the gap) and at least 3,000 years for the Current Era. It is _not_ small scale.
And, um, pretty important SPOILERS below here for the Honkai:
Only read on if you're ready.
We know that the samsara come from the Cocoon's attempts to embrace the world and the people in it, and that every destruction is caused by a failure to complete the embrace. We know that Earth failed numerous samsara, and we also know that it's not the only planet Honkai has tried to embrace with: there's also Venus (Fallen Star in Part 1.5) and Mars (Part 2). As revealed in _Kyoden_ , then, Izumo is another world that a Honkai-like entity is trying to embrace, and at least in the current samsara... well, I think the embrace failed still, because Izumo fought and defeated the Kami instead of coming to understand and 'embrace' them. I think there's even a cycle in _GGZ_ that ends in the Honkai's defeat, yet it still launches another cycle.
And yet this wouldn't even have a bearing on the fate of Izumo, because IX devoured it and Takamagahara entirely, including their whole histories. We don't even know if it's possible for a world to continue to have samsara cycles once they've been devoured by a black hole or similar, they're just gone!
Except for Acheron, and IX keeps her memories, mostly.
Ah yes, and before I forget again, I did emphasize that there were only a total of 12 Sentinels, with _Origin_ and _End_ being of higher power. I emphasized the TWELVE because in the cycle we're familiar with, there were THIRTEEN Flame-Chasers, Elysia being the one who did not exist in other samsaras. Not only was she not there to found the Flame-Chasers in the last days of the Firemoths, then, but she was not there to be the First Herrscher, nor to act as the Thirteenth Herrscher.
And neither did Izumo have their own Elysia.
Quick point: (and also Honkai star rail and Honkai Impact spoilers ahead so be warned!)
From what we have seen in HSR and specifically Acheron's words to Welt during patch 2.1 - countless similar stories of similar people play out on many worlds.
It means the themes and characters are there, even if the events are moved around.
Given that, and especially the White Haired Oni's (Acheron's Kevin) focusing on the first world, Takanagahara, and it having once been as beautiful as Izumo -
One can presume Takanagahara to be analogous to the Previous Era, where Kevin, DR Mei and the Flame chasers came from. And "Izumo" is analogous to the Current Era. (Though the question "why did Izumo forge these blades" is misleading - if Izumo is a world, then how can it have an intent to forge a blade? More on that in a bit)
Everything after that is up for grabs. The current Acheron only bears similarity to Current Era Mei, not Dr MEI at all. But the 12 being forged into Origin and End shows us the outline of the tragedy, an Elysia-less world and perhaps one without Kiana, as well, with Mei (Acheron) being the only one to fight against Kevin's (White Haired Oni) Finality and perhaps his version of Project Stigma. All we know for certain (?) is that Acheron said she cut him down, alone.
And all we know is that by the end of it, there was nothing left but her...
Then, the question - do you know why Izumo forged these blades? Izumo is a rock in the sky. It can't do anything. But "Izumo" is the world. To those upon the planet, it's everything. It's reality.
And what are these blades? It's not simply the weapons - it is the wielders. Each blade splintering is a warrior perishing in the fight against the Kami.
And so, putting those two pieces together - the question becomes "Do you remember the purpose ofwhy the world made us into warriors, living weapons?"
Because of a lie. Because we had thought that beyond the end, there was... Something other than nothing.
When you realize that Black Swan(second video) is voiced by Aryn Zech AKA Blake Belladonna, was actually half expecting you'd have picked that up. When I first heard her, I was like.... " THAT'S BLAKE!" and since then I've called her Blake Swan, also was hellbent on pulling her when she became available in game, and so I did.

12:27 Oh, just wanna mention that a personal theory/hope of mine is, due to the name (Huayian) and iconography (flames and lotus) around this specific general, they may be this universe's Fu Hua.
Gonna hoard jades and tickets to gather all HI3 homies on my account. Already have all of the ones released up until now, now I am hoping for a Durandal, Hua and Kiana.
21:10 I am starting to see this as a pretty common experience. Yanqing is the villain of the 50/50s. I think this happens because it is harder for people to ressent Himeko, Welt and Clara. Also, Bronya, Gepard and Bailu (to a lesser extent) are very good units, so you don't feel as bad. Yanqing not only need high investment, as a DPS he suffers more from powercreep. Also, if you need one more reason to hate him

Yanqing is the name of one of Fu Hua's disciples, being one of the traitors that plotted against and killed her when she was still the master of the Tai Xuan mountain. And from the few designs of HI3 Yanqing, you can see HSR's Yanqing as a younger version of that same character.

Also, if you ever rewatch Acheron's Myriad Celestia, note some HI3 references:
• The swords were forged from defeated "Kami", implied to be this world's version of Herrschers, so basically they are Divine Keys;
• Before becoming the bearer of "Origin", it is implied Acheron was the wielder of the "Howl" sword (Narration being from her POV, and that sword held by the hand in the foreground), which is fitting;
• The Kami appeared in a very similar order as the Herrschers from HI3, and also have similar names and powers;
• The "Fate" swords have the color schemes of both Seeles in the reflection, while the overgrowth on the other side seem to be a reference to Abyss Flower's power over growth and life.
• When the Flare sword passes briefly through the screen, you can hear some notes from Moon Halo (from Everlasting Flames) being played;
• Also, you can hear Honkai World Diva (from GGZ, but mostly known from Lament of the Fallen) being played softly through the video.
• 49:43 Mei fell, but there was no Kiana to catch her in this world.
• When her hair turns white, black flowers bloom on her, reminiscent from the flowers on Kiana's HoFi outfit, but with a red tint instead of purple. Between the hair, flowers, ult animation (being very similar to Hofi's combo attack) and the info in this trailer, it may be safe to assume Acheron, as the last Herrscher from her world, is able to use both the authority of Origin and End.
Well it is already confirmed that the Marshals name is Hua, so HSR Fu Hua Expy will probably be basically the boss of all the generals.

By the way, two things I wanted to mention about the final trailer. First, when they mention the 'blades' that were forged, I don't think it was literally about blades. But rather, about the people who fought. So, in the end, when The Maiden is talking, she isn't saying it just about weapons. But instead, she's saying that 70,047 people died for Naught. Nothing. And the reason for that is the second point. Izumo, the planet that she was on, is orbiting a black hole. They literally *could not* have won. And yet, The Maiden later know as Acheron, still tried to save them.
Oh I always wonder what happened to the HI3 streams. It's a shame what happened. I really wanted to see you finishing the trio story in part 1, but that's fine you have others thing in life, anymay I'm happy to hear that it's one of your favorite game that you have played in story terms.

Bro on your point about becoming official at chapter 9 (in hi3) I've noticed quite a few playthroughs end at chapter 9 which is so sad cause like, it is fantastic but personally it's not even the best arc much less the best chapter. The theatre arc will always have my heart that shit was peak af, i've never consistently had fun and cried more at a story before or since playing that
I seen a lot of people also stopping at chapter 12 because its kinda long for Them and burn Them out, honestly this is a problem that HI3 face imo, it have the hook to make people play but not to stay, HSR doing a little bit better in this aspect, meanwhile there's Genshin that You can play and pickup whenever You want to

YangQinq is the QiQi of Honkai star rail. And she learned it. Like almost any other 5 star standard banner character is good. The issue being hes single target ice attribute, which is something we dont really need.

Now that you mention it since Akivili (aeon of the trailblaze) was represented by both ice and the astral express. It makes me think that perhaps March 7th was chosen to be their eminator since she was found trapped in Ice with no memories. She litterally can only trailblaze new experiences for herself and her eagerness to create new memories fits perfectly with the Aeon. I mean thinking of the crew if Akivili did choose an eminator I could easily see March7th or Welt, and maybe Himeko being chosen. I dont think Dan hung was chosen since he struggled with his past (his sense of duty) until recently, and doubt the MC was chosen since their alligence to Akivili is questionable.
also straight up ruan mei has to be the eminator of propagation. I think she was enamored by the bug as a child and the aeon probably slowly convinced her to create more life (Swarm bugs). But her becoming the new aeon of propogation might be possible if hsr wants to go that the route where mortals ascend into god hood.

I find it hilarious that Yanqing is the HSR version of Qiqi for most people, but in both Genshin and Honkai, I've only ever gotten 1 of each. Besides Welt, Yanqing was the only other standard character that I actually wanted and I had such a hard time getting him that I had to use my free standard pull to finally get him. He was the last standard 5 star that I got of the set. I literally have 3 Himekos, 2 Welts, and 3 Claras, and still have only 1 Yanqing. At this point, Himeko is becoming my Qiqi
In HI3, during the Moons Origin and Finality, when they identify Kiana as the one who would take on the authority of Finality they also mentioned that Mei would be the backup. After gaining the authority of origin Mei says something like it would make her a poor candidate unless there was no other option.
My theory is that in HSR universe Mei had the authority of Origin, and ended up having to take on End as well, and it became Nihility instead. Because the beginning combined with the end would be nothingness.
Now whether or not she had to do that because something terrible befell Kiana... Who knows. But something broke her.
Those are more lore drop and teasers they are not really the character teasers (well some they are at the same time but they do have other teaser)

After your video playing the game I dowloaded it and started grinding for Stellar Jades for Archeron and after I think around 80 pulls I got her and then got her E1 in the same 10 batch. Also I think Galagher was at E3 or E4.
You were going back and forth between the possibility of Acheron being Raiden Mei killing Kiana or Dr. MEI killing Kevin, but there's a third option that seems more likely based off stuff from the new story: Mei during the Elysian Realm arc. Raiden Mei with the Flamechasers, a Raiden Mei that knew Kevin, but doesn't have her Kiana, whether she killed her Kiana or her Kiana simply doesn't exist we don't know yet.
I'm sold that Acheron is gonna be the greatest character Hoyo releases for a long time.
Be it gameplay, lore or design, she's such a beautiful character in every aspect.
